Good evening.

Make sure all your tasks for the evening are complete and that you don't need to get back up to turn this off.

My wish for you is that you set aside the worries of your day and the suffering of always thinking of the past or the future.
No matter what's going on,
It is okay to take this sacred moment here and now for yourself.
In order to give your body the rest it needs to be at its peak performance tomorrow.
The Buddha tells us our bodies are an excellent vessel rare to be found,
Yet rest,
The very thing that solves many of our problems and heals our bodies,
Is the thing we sacrifice first.
Today we recommit to recharging ourselves through restful peace and tranquility.
Allow your breathing to be natural.
Bring your attention to your head.
Release any tension in the face.
Soften your eyes and relax your jaw.
Give thanks for the work they have accomplished today in helping you see and communicate.

Relax your neck and shoulders and thank them for holding up your head.

Feeling the rise and fall of the chest and stomach,
With each breath soften your belly with each exhalation.

This is your time to recharge your mind and body.
This is the space to be at total ease.
Be grateful for this time as you breathe in and let go.
Bringing your attention all the way down through the body,
Allow your body to be totally supported by your bed and pillows.
Feel the pressure and density of being awake and upright fall away and let your body fully surrender.
