As you arrive, let go of what has past. Do not worry about what may come. Sit. Breathe. Center. Welcome to a hit of hope, and this one is a wee bit salty. We are bombarded by messages of speed and need. Life pushes, pulls, demands, depletes. Inhale. Exhale. Let’s take this chance to come to rest. Let these words weave their way into every fiber of your body, feeding you, nourishing you, your body, mind, and spirit. Inhale. Exhale. Be. Here. Pause. Move away from the overwhelming clamor. Come to rest.

As you arrive,

Let go of what has passed.

Do not worry about what may come.

Sit.

Breathe.

Center.

Welcome to a hit of hope,

And this one's just a wee bit salty.

We are bombarded by messages of speed and need.

Life pushes,

Pulls,

Demands,

Depletes.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Take this chance to come and rest.

Let these words and your breath weave their way into every fiber of your body,

Feeding you.

Nourishing you.

Body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Move away from the overwhelming clamor.

Come to rest.

Be.

Hear.

Pause.

Let the stillness hold you.

Let the agitation,

The restlessness settle.

As you ground and breathe.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Come to rest.

Inhabit your breath.

Ride its gentle rhythm in and out.

Gather freshness in.

Gather into your life the things that bring you joy.

Because when you do so,

You might find it easier to let shit go.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Once again,

Think about gathering into your life the things that bring you delight,

Joy.

And let the shit go.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Come to rest in your center.

A center is a thing or place of the greatest importance.

You have a center.

You have a place inside that is of the greatest importance.

In your center,

You hold your light,

Your wisdom,

Your strange and wondrous self.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Rest in your center.

Trust yourself,

Your wisdom.

Love that fierce self of yours.

The one that keeps showing up for you.

And let the radiance of that fierceness shine in your eyes as you breathe,

Center,

And live light.

Perfect night for a reminder to center myself. With all the chaos of life it's so easy to remember how strong I feel when centered and grounded. Namaste 🙏

nter tter with a task.on't we? We all have a place of the greatest importance at our core? I used to be in contact with mine. I knew it intimately, and could join with it, be one with it, at a thought. Today I have no fucking clue where or what it is. I listened to this one twice last night as I was going to sleep, and I slept quite poorly. The realization that I have lost touch with what so central to me is a bit shocking and, frankly, awakening. For now I have a task, and I always function better with a task. Re-center. Start fresh. Create anew my most important self. Learn once more to (I apologize for this) live light.
