You have the power to change.
You have it in you, to sit here, to be here now.
You don’t have to try harder.
In fact, trying harder is probably one of the things you need to let go of.
Reframe those negative thoughts and fill your mind with kinder ones.

Welcome to a hit of hope. I bet you've been here before. Wanting to settle. Wanting to let something go, Or be someone new. But the mind won't cooperate, Or the same you keeps showing up, The same things keep holding you down. Take a deep breath in, And let that breath go. You have the power to change. You have it in you to sit here, To be here, Now. You don't have to try harder. In fact, Trying harder is probably one of the things you need to let go of. You can also work on reframing those negative thoughts, And filling your mind with kinder ones. This is all you need to know. Right now is all you have. This moment is what matters. You don't have to be better. You don't have to beat yourself up over the past. So do not fret. Do not cling. Do not rehash. Do not struggle. Or let yourself get lost in all of the noise. You have a choice. Sit. Soften. Accept what you cannot change. But get grounded so you are ready to change the things you can. What is holding you back? What is holding you down? Can you let those things that bind you loosen? Can you be vulnerable, Open to the new? Be bold and badass. And blast off into that wide and spacious sky. Namaste.

Well…that was to the point, on point and on time. Damn. Lol. Thank you! I will listen to this daily at least twice. It is perfect.

I love how direct this is. Sometimes hearing this type of "tough love" cuts through all the inner waffling and uncertainty, sparking increase self-confidence, motivation, determination, and - ideally - taking concrete action. I was inspired in just this sort of way as I heard this track, and I adored the straightforward nature of it.

For those for whom this may be an issue, there is one instance of a mild profanity (I have heard it argued both that it is and that it isn't a cuss word), but it is very contextually appropriate in my view and there is only the one instance towards the end.

Overall, I would have no trouble recommending this to a family member of mine who is clergy and in some ways - language being one of them - highly conservative. The semi-crude word would not faze her at all, and so I think it will be up to each listener, as always, to determine if they wish to focus of the fantastic message or get hung up on one small word within it.

Very nice and insightful. PLEASE have them increase the volume. I had to have it at max in a quiet room to avoid missing any of your words. Which I greatly needed to hear especially the trying harder part. I find I do that then experience burn out to the point of not functioning which puts me in a vicious cycle with my loved ones left on the outside. Thank you again but PLEASE get the volume increased so I can listen while I am out and a out as well
