Sitting comfortably with your back straight if you can.

Closing your eyes.

Letting go of the day and taking your awareness to your breath as it passes through your nostrils.

Letting the sensation of your breath as it passes through your nostrils on the inhale and on the exhale.

Whenever your mind wanders off into thinking,

Just noticing it and bringing it back to the sensation of your breath passing through your nostrils.

Not trying to modify or change your breath in any way,

Just resting your awareness on the breath and allowing things to soften and possibly change naturally.

You're just observing by feeling your breath as it passes through your nostrils.

Noticing how the sensation of the breath brings a sense of wellbeing.

Cried out to your TA in relationship to your being.

Enjoying your breath.

This natural process of the breath and this quality of life and wellbeing that comes with it.

Letting go of thoughts,

This continual returning back to the breath.

Letting go of thoughts,

This continual returning back to the breath.

Wellbeing and the breath.

Softening.

Softening your awareness into your breath.

This breath of wellbeing on the inhale.

And on the exhale.

And on the exhale.

And as we start to slowly make our way back.

Noticing the overall effect on your body,

Your energy.

Sense of peacefulness permeating you.

And starting to feel your body sitting in the room.

Taking a big conscious deep breath.

Starting to move fingers and toes.

Moving your arms and legs.

Moving your body.

Getting ready to open your eyes.

Starting with just 10 to 20 percent.

And then when you're ready,

Opening your eyes all the way and coming back.
