Make yourself comfortable and settle into your space.
Allow the weight of your body to pull you down.
Notice the space around your body and notice the air that you breathe.
You are safe.
Allow your tummy to soften.
Allow your face to soften.
Softening in your shoulders.
Starting with your toes.
Imagine your toes having the ability to surrender on a very deep level.
Being aware of the soles of your feet and the tops of your feet.
And just imagine the word surrender written across your feet.
Bring your awareness now to your legs.
The skin of your legs.
The muscles.
The joints.
The bones of your legs.
And imagine your legs having the ability to surrender on a very deep level.
And just imagine written down each leg the word surrender.
You are safe.
Bring your awareness now to your hips.
Noticing across your waist and all through the lower abdomen to your hips.
Notice the base of your spine and the area around your low back.
And just imagine your lower body having the ability to surrender on a very deep level.
And just imagine the word surrender written all the way across your low torso.
Bring your attention now to your solar plexus.
Around your waist and into the middle of your back.
Just becoming aware of the middle of your body.
And imagine the middle of your body having the ability to surrender on a very deep level.
And just imagine like a belt around your waist the word surrender encircling you.
Move up now into your chest.
Going through the skin.
Through your chest muscles.
Beyond the ribs.
Into your lungs.
Into your heart.
Notice your upper back.
Your shoulder blades.
Your upper back muscles.
And just imagine your upper body having the ability to surrender on a very deep level.
Surrendering in your heart as you open up your ability to receive all of the love.
And as you surrender your ability to give all of your love.
And imagine the word surrender written all across the front of your chest.
Now imagining your upper back from shoulder to shoulder.
Imagine the word surrender written all the way across your back.
Allow yourself to breathe deeply if you need to.
From the base of your skull now all the way down your spine.
Down to the base of your spine.
Imagine the full length of your spine having the deepest ability to surrender.
Imagine the word surrender written all the way down your spine.
Move your awareness now into your neck and your throat.
And just imagine if your neck and throat had the full ability to deeply surrender.
Imagine the word surrender written all the way down your spine.
Notice your arms.
Notice your hands.
And just imagine the word surrender written all the way down your arms.
And just imagine the word surrender written all the way down into your hands.
Bring your awareness now to the back of your head.
Notice the scalp going through the skull right into your brain.
And notice the crown of your head.
Imagine the crown of your head having the ability to surrender.
And just imagining the word surrender as a crown above the crown of your head.
Bring your awareness now to your forehead.
To your eyebrows and your eyes.
Softening your face.
Noticing the skin of your face.
The bones of your face.
Your facial muscles.
And just imagining your whole face having the ability to surrender on a very deep level.
As you soften your inner gaze,
Bring your inner gaze to the space between your eyes.
And just imagine the centre between your eyes having the ability to surrender.
Notice your whole body.
And imagine the word surrender running down the whole of your body.
And just imagine the word surrender running down your entire body.
I surrender.
I am free.
Surrendering is freedom.
Liberation is my divinity.
Fire is fighing within me through the Pull of the Dragon.
