This ASMR production is made to help disrupt the brain pattern and to transcend thought, going on a journey of unpredictability. For some, this type of practice is like marmite, you either love it or dislike it. It is best listened to with headphones to truly appreciate the effects. It helps to try not to judge the sounds but feel them in the body. The results can be very calming.

I absolutely love this! Something about the music makes me feel a little homesick, but in a very warm and nostalgic way. beautifully bittersweet❤️

Loved it! I feel like you should do some different triggers maybe some of these? 1) squishing balls around the mic 2) playing with something sticky ( slime , playdoh ect.. ) on the mic 3) this isn’t a trigger but mabye do some short ones based on something and some long ones with the most favourite things? 4) shake things lightly 5) use water to make trickling or fake rain 6) mabye if you are into Asmr a lot you can do a Asmr live for 3-4 hours? Those are all my suggestions and I’m not saying you have to do any of these but any of them would be fine . Have a great day

I have some suggestions 😊 - use slime as one of your triggers - use swish balls with orbies in them and swish them near the microphone - some trigger words could be chocolate, lip and quick - maybe try mouth sounds? - be awesome 👏 - only do ASMR if you want enjoy it 🙃 Well that’s all I have so bye and 5 stars for you because I loved it 😍 (by the way sorry if the suggestions made you uncomfortable or something because it sounded like your ASMR needed work or anything. No bad intentions 😇)

I’m not usually that stimulated by ASMR, but I still found this particular approach sonically rich and evocative.

Love your ASMR meditations. It’s one of the few things that eases the constant anxiety I have from PTSD. Thank you.

The ASMR is unpredictable and really holds my focus. Wait for the transition to ambient chords where the wind is way out on the edge. I enjoyed the track. Well done.

Different kind meditation created different sensations in different parts of my body, but it was the parts I am currently having issues with. Thank you 🙏
