Your nervous system is perfectly designed to be pliable and help you to adjust and move through the ups and downs of life with ease. This class is designed to support you through the ebb and flow of life through gentle breath, acupressure and yin yoga postures, designed to calm and ground your nervous system. You will require a yoga bolster or two cushions/pillows, as well as a wall space, or the side of your bed or couch. Please honour your body today throughout this practice. Consult your holistic health practitioner before taking up a new movement program.
