Root Chakra Meditation For Deep Foundational Healing

For this meditation, Go ahead and find yourself a comfortable seat, Whether you're seated lotus style on the ground. If you could find your way to the ground or in a chair. Placing your feet upon the ground. Finding a seated position that is comfortable for you, That you can feel supported and held. In this meditation this morning, We are going to be honing in our root chakra. We're going to be diving into the experience of it, Empowering it, Nourishing it with our love and our attention. Allowing for it to heal, Be brought back into its natural alignment. And know very well that throughout your meditation practice there might be thoughts that come and go, Physical and outside distractions. Just notice these things and come back to this meditation, Giving yourself full permission to take this pause in your physical life. This importance for this sacred time. Let's breathe in all together through your nose slowly. Breathing out through your mouth. Breathing in and as you take these big abundant inhales and exhales, Just start to relax your awareness with your physical body. Nothing else matters right now except for this moment right here with yourself. Releasing everything else on your exhale. Allowing for this breath to breathe you into this present moment with your experience, With you. Breathing in, Claiming this time. Letting go of everything that doesn't serve you right now with you exhale. And on your next exhale, Go ahead and move your awareness out of the mind, Down to the base of your spine. Allow your breath to breathe you here, The base of your spine, The area of your perineum. Breathing, Releasing your breath. Allowing the fullness of your attention to be in this space. Imagining this area, This energetic center of your root. Sensing into the root, The base of your spine, Traveling down your legs. Sensing into your knees, The support of your knees, Your calves, Your feet. Can you bring all of your attention to the bottoms of your feet? Imagining roots coming from the bottom of your feet, Going down into the earth, The base of your spine, All the way down your legs, The bottoms of your feet, Traveling down into the earth. Traveling beyond the earth's crust, The soil, The rocks. These roots traveling, Finding its way through all the cracks. Notice how it feels to be in the center of the earth, This vibrant color of red. Notice all the space that your roots take up in this earth. Allow them to travel as far and wide as possible, Knowing very well that the earth is providing you nourishment, Exactly what you need through these roots. In this moment you feel so connected, So part of, So nourished. Allowing yourself to be in the experience, The experience of your physicality, How this physical body of yours is being nourished in this moment. How grateful you are to receive this right to have this nourishment. Notice how abundant this nourishment is, How natural it feels to receive it. Noticing your roots, Receiving exactly what it needs. So deeply connected you are, Your physical body being nourished, Supported and held. All your physical needs being met in this moment. This divine creation that has been made manifest in physical form, That you identify with your physical body. This divine creation in physical form. All the properties of your physical body, Part of this earth. This earth is the divine creation as well. You fully connected with it, Giving yourself full permission to experience all the abundance that this physical life has to offer. This physical body, The vehicle for your spirit, Bringing all of your attention to this wonder that your physical body is. The greatness that it is. Roots so receiving you, Loving you, Nourishing you through its divine expression as well. The needs that you have in this physical life met with abundance. Move into that experience. Allowing yourself to release all the limiting beliefs, The judgments that are no longer aligned with your highest good. Let those go in this moment. Allowing this root chakra to align in perfect harmony with its divine expression. Letting go of all fear, All worries. Knowing that the reality is you're completely nourished. You have an abundance right here. You're held and supported. Held and supported and loved and nourished. In this physical form that is you in this moment. This divine expression made manifest in physical form. Completely cared for so you may go out in this physical life and serve greatly. Manifesting your dreams. Bringing the divine out in physical form through this vehicle. Knowing very well that you're supported throughout. Now placing your attention back in your root chakra. All for it to experience wholeness. All for you to experience its vibrancy. Its alignment with its divine expression. Relax into it. Claim this is yours. Allow your root chakra to speak to you. To share its needs with you. Throughout your everyday moments in your physical life. Nourishing it. Loving it into life. Breathing in this moment of connectedness. Breathing out. Experiencing its expansiveness. Knowing very well as you meet the needs of this energy center. You meet the needs of the divine creation made manifest by you in this physical life. How beautiful is that? To view its importance. Acknowledgement of your magnificence. How deeply connected you truly are. Nourished and loved and supported. You truly are in every moment.
