Gently close your eyes and have a journal or a pencil or paper nearby.
Allow yourself to sit up.
And just for this moment,
Connect into your intention.
It might be your intention for this meditation.
Might be a specific intention for your day.
A way you would like to show up.
As you do this,
Can you let go of all the shoulds?
Putting pressure on yourself.
What is it that you would love to experience in your life in this moment or in your day?
What would you feel good about?
With your eyes closed right now,
Just connect in with what that would be.
When you're ready,
You can write it down.
Documenting it either on paper or within.
Giving yourself full permission to own this intention.
Maybe it's an uplifting emotion.
Maybe it's an action-oriented intention.
Whatever it is for you,
Don't judge.
Notice that part of you that really resonates with that intention.
That part of you that illuminates because of this intention,
Because it's in harmony with your greatest good.
Note that feeling.
Go ahead and put your paper and pen down.
Honoring the note within.
Coming back to your seated meditation or laying down.
And knowing that your intention is set.
Make any final adjustments to your meditation posture.
Maybe you might be noticing all the limiting beliefs or judgments you have around your intention.
Notice those without feeding them with your attention.
Notice them without being hijacked by them.
Allow yourself to be in the experience of your intention.
Let's breathe in all together.
Breathing in slowly through your nose.
Allowing yourself to release the exhale out through your mouth slowly.
Breathing in.
Letting go on the exhale.
And on these next inhales and exhales,
Go ahead and imagine that you're breathing in you're gathering up all the parts of you that no longer serve you.
Maybe it served you in one way or another in the past,
But it no longer fits.
Breathe it all up to the surface.
Releasing it on the exhale out through your mouth.
Gathering up all the parts of you that is no longer serving you.
All the parts of you that is no longer you,
That's been shared with you,
No longer fits.
It's ready to be released and let it go on the exhale.
All those limiting beliefs,
The judgments,
That's keeping you from realizing and experiencing your true nature.
Experiencing your intention,
All that stands in your way,
Gather it up with every inhale.
Release it on the exhale.
You don't need to go into the stories of them or the experiences from them.
Just gather and release,
Knowing very well that the wisdom that stem from those experiences and judgments all the wisdom stays.
Everything else can go.
Just for right now,
Can you claim and let go?
Loosening your grip to these aspects,
Releasing them.
They no longer serve you.
They no longer fit.
No need to hold onto it any longer.
Claiming this cleansing and clearing within your mind,
Body,
And spirit with your breath.
Elongating these inhales,
Breathing it all up to the surface,
Letting go,
Noticing the stillness that is cultivated within because of this.
Releasing on the exhale,
Letting it all fall away.
It's no longer yours to keep.
Let's take one more inhale together.
Breathing in,
Gathering it all up and letting it go on the exhale all together.
Allowing your breath to breathe you and knowing that this cleansing and clearing process happens naturally if you allow it.
Be in a state of availability,
Openness,
Surrender to that process just for this moment.
Relaxing,
Allowing the past to be released from your physical body and the pressures of the future.
Released,
Allowing your physical body to relax all the subtle muscles in your face,
In your jaw,
Your neck and your throat,
All the subtle muscles in your heart,
All the subtle muscles in your lungs,
Your neck and your throat,
Any spaces you hold tension here,
Release it,
Allowing your shoulders to soften,
Shoulders and your hips melting away any tension like an ice cube on a summer day,
Becoming fluid and relaxed,
Letting go,
Softening,
Full permission to relax,
Let go,
Allowing your awareness to travel to any other spaces that can use some softening,
Some release,
Knowing that this process is more important than any intrusive thought that come and go,
Come back to it,
This experience,
Allowing your awareness to travel into your heart,
Allow your breath to guide you here,
Breathing in and out,
Liberating your heart,
Softening in this space,
All the heaviness you carry around your heart,
All the tension around your heart,
Slowly melts away,
In this moment,
Your heart wants to be free,
Let it within your heart,
Remember your intention,
Experience how it feels to have that intention be alive within you,
Experience this intention already happening,
Letting go of the how,
But relaxing into the beingness of it,
A vibration,
That frequency of your intention to come to life within you,
Within your heart,
Be in the experience of it,
Surrender into it,
Relaxing into perfect alignment with it,
Just by your experience right now,
Experiencing the frequency of it,
The beingness of it,
But to harmonize with every cell of your physical body,

Sensing into the greater intelligence around it,
Supporting you,
Guiding you,
Orchestrating it the most beautiful way possible for you,
Letting go of fear,
Allowing love to lead the way,
Just for right now,
Experience it,
You in complete harmony and alignment with your intention,
Your beingness of it,
Claiming this part of your life experience,
And in this moment go ahead and allow yourself to envision your life unfolding from this intention,
From this beingness,
How do you act?
How do you treat yourself?
How do you show up for yourself and others?
In this beingness,
And when distractions come along,
Notice how you come back to your intention,
Envision it,
Moment to moment,
Envisioning your daily life with this intention held in your heart and expressing it outward,
Sensing into that loving intelligence that's holding space for it as well,
Giving you the courage and strength to live out your intention,
And now placing your hands over your heart,
A gesture of gratitude,
Gratitude for your connection within,
Gratitude for your availability to realize this intention in your waking moments ahead,
And gratitude for all the beauty that unfolds from here because of it,
And all the miracles that await you,
Gratitude for the strength and courage you have for yourself,
For this intention.
