And breathing out.
Breathing in,
Filling up your belly,
Your chest,
Your lungs,
And fighting.
It's time for you.
And breathing out,
Releasing.
Letting go.
Taking yourself these 20 minutes just for you.
Nothing to plan for,
To figure out,
No problems to solve.
Just be right here,
Right now.
When thoughts come your way,
Notice them.
I'm curious of who is noticing them.
When emotions come your way,
Notice the energy of your emotions.
Begin to be curious of who is noticing these emotions.
And allow yourself to fall within that loving awareness.
Let every breath take you there.
Breathing these big abundant inhales and exhales.
Noticing the thoughts.
Begin to bring your attention to who is noticing the thoughts.
And your physical sensations in your body,
In your environment.
Notice these sensations.
Begin to be curious of who is noticing these sensations.
And breathe in some space in your physical body right now.
Allowing all the heaviness you carry on your shoulders to be set aside.
Just for this moment,
Can you let it go?
Any tension you hold in your jaw,
Can you release it?
Bringing your attention to your lower back and your hips,
Can you allow for yourself to release here as well?
Bringing your awareness to your spine,
From the base of your spine to the very top.
And as you breathe in,
Go ahead and start from the bottom of your spine,
Breathing up to the top.
Breathing back down.
Breathing up and releasing on your exhale.
Allowing your spine to elongate in your seated position.
And as you travel up your spine,
Breathing in,
Can you pause in the space between your shoulder blades,
The back of your heart?
Breathe out here through the front of your heart.
And then breathing into your heart.
Releasing your exhale out through the back of your heart.
Just imagining,
Breathing in and out through this beautiful heart space.
Receiving a breath in from the back of your heart.
Exhaling that exhale out through the front of your heart.
Receiving a breath through the front of your heart.
Exhaling releasing out through the back of your heart.
Exhaling a breath through the back of your heart.
Filling up your heart space with this beautiful breath.
Releasing it out through the front of your heart.
Go ahead and breathe these breaths on your own.
Breathing in and out through the front and the back of your heart.
And allow your body to breathe you right now and your awareness to stay in your body.
And this beautiful loving heart of yours.
Noticing its energy,
Noticing its power.
Begin to wonder who is noticing.
Allowing your heart to unfold and to reveal itself to you.
Allowing your heart to share its power with you.
Go ahead and welcome your beautiful heart into your life.
Allow yourself to be in the experience of your beautiful heart.
Allowing all the layers that you've placed on your heart to fall away.
Inviting and welcoming the fullness of your loving heart.
Noticing its power even greater.
Allow your awareness to surrender into its power.
Your heart fully open right now.
Your heart liberated and free.
Go ahead and be with it.
Allowing this powerful energy to move into your throat.
The loving power of your heart enchanting your throat.
The way you speak to yourself,
The way you communicate out into the world,
The way you express.
Allow this love to infuse every part of your throat area.
Noticing its abundant energy being so expansive it can move beyond the heart and into your throat space.
Allowing yourself to let go of any barriers to this communication.
Liberating your communication.
Liberating your divine expression.
Go ahead and experience it.
Now moving this beautiful loving energy from your heart,
From your throat,
Enchanting your brain,
Your mind.
Bringing the loving power into your brain.
Allowing your mind to surrender into its love.
To the experience of the power of your loving heart.
All the trains of thought that no longer resonate with your loving heart can fall away.
Allowing your brain to be fully enchanted with only love.
Allow your mind to surrender into this love without you needing to control or do a thing.
Just surrender.
Your heart leading the way.
Your heart and your mind as one.
Can you be with that experience just for this moment?
Your heart and your brain completely harmonizing together.
Imagining yourself walking in this space.
And in your everyday life with this connection within.
Your heart,
Your brain,
In love.
No longer tied to the chains of the past,
But moving with the unknown future.
Where will love take you?
What will love's experience share with you?
Beginning to trust this journey together.
Expected to this love within you.
Bringing it out into your life.

Breathing within the loving unknown.
