This visualisation meditation helps you return to stillness and find inner peace by imagining your body as a glittery snow globe, gradually settling. It's perfect for moments when you feel unsettled, out of alignment, or after a fast-paced day. The meditation begins by gently encouraging movement in your body, then transitions into a calming snow globe visualisation, allowing you to find stillness. After a brief period of silence, you’ll be gently guided back to the present moment—without the use of chimes.

Transcript

Closing down your eyes or having a soft gaze in front of you and feeling deeply grounded and supported by the earth beneath you.

Breathing in with the breath,

Gently inviting movement into your body,

By sensing into the breath expanding your abdomen.

With each inhale,

Feeling the expansiveness and gently inviting more movement into your body,

By swaying side to side,

Ever so gently,

Rolling your neck from side to side,

Shrugging your shoulder,

Bringing movement into the body,

Welcoming movement through your arms,

Like a little shake,

Awakening,

Moving all the atoms in your body,

Moving your legs now inviting a little micro-movement into the whole body now,

Really awakening the body.

You may like to shake it all out,

Visualize your body as a snow globe full of beautiful glitter,

Awakening,

Moving,

Bouncing into each other,

The glitter within you,

Representing the atoms,

Allowing this glitter to move through your whole body,

Awakening,

Stirring up any dead energy,

Stirring up any energy that needs to be moved,

And when you're ready,

Pause all the movement,

Come back to stillness,

And sensing into that snow globe,

Just drifting all that glitter to the bottom,

Settling into stillness,

One by one,

Each particle,

Finding peace,

Feeling settled,

Feeling at ease,

And feeling grounded in this moment,

Inviting a little bit of movement back into the body now,

By wriggling your fingers and toes,

And gently blinking your eyes open,
