Finding a really comfortable position,
One that feels really good for you.
Bringing alignment to your spine by swaying left and right,
And then settling in.
Sensing in to elongating your spine just a little bit more,
Making any further adjustments.
And with your eyes open,
Begin to scan around the room,
Noticing what is present with you.
Just looking,
Just looking.
Noticing the objects,
The colors that are present with you.
And noticing what is close,
And when you are ready,
Close down your eyes or have a soft gaze in front of you.
Begin to sense in to feeling grounded,
And deeply supported by the surface beneath you.
Noticing what is against your skin,
Perhaps your clothing,
A blanket.
Noticing what rests on your skin in this moment.
Is it warm,
Tight or loose?
Noticing without any judgment,
Gently becoming aware of your breath.
Noticing how you're breathing.
Gently inviting an expansive breath in.
Gently exhaling out the breath.
Inviting another expansive breath in,
One that allows the chest to open.
Becoming aware of any sounds that are present with you.
Sounds that may be coming from outside your space.
Perhaps you can hear traffic,
People talking.
Just sounds of life,
Perhaps animals.
When you're ready,
Invite another breath in.
A really expansive breath in.
And when you're ready,
Become aware of any fragrances that are lingering in the room with you.
Becoming aware of your whole body.
Noticing any sensations arriving.
Scanning your face.
Inviting a white light to wash over your face.
Letting go.
Cleansing and purifying your body.
Allowing this white light to trickle down your neck and across your shoulders.
Sending the message to relax,
While it cleanses and purifies your body.
Allowing this white light to radiate down into your arms,
Your feet,
Your toes.
Allowing this white light to radiate down into your fingers.
Moving down your chest.
Over your heart.
Down over your tummy.
Cleansing,
Purifying.
Allowing you to be you.
Without any external energy forces.
Allowing this purification to keep unfolding.
As the white color radiates down your leg.
Over your bottom.
And right down to your toes.
Allowing this white light to cleanse.
Purify.
Allow this white light to extend.
Allow this white light to extend beyond your body,
Creating a white shield around you.
Begin to visualize a place or an activity where you feel like you need protection from other people's energy.
Visualize yourself stepping into this place,
This activity.
But notice this white light radiating from you.
Shielding you and protecting your divine energy.
Allowing you to go about this activity.
Feeling protected.
Shielding off all that energy that doesn't serve you.
Shielding off that energy from others,
From other objects.
Allowing you to stay purified and you.
And visualize yourself continuing to just move about.
Do what you need to do.
But sense into this beautiful white shield around you.
Protecting you with every move that you make.
And now you look up and you find.
And as you go about this activity,
You notice a beautiful park.
And you're trusting your intuition and you head towards that park.
And you find a beautiful place to lay down.
You sense into this white light shielding you.
And you begin to notice the energy from the earth radiating up into your body.
Energizing and giving your shield extra strength.
You're recharging here.
Taking a moment to just be.
In this beautiful space where you're recharging your white shield.
Feeling deeply supported by nature.
And resting here for a couple of moments.
Gently coming back.
Feeling into your white shield protecting you.
You have recharged it.
Noticing how your body feels.
As it rests on the supportive surface.
When you're ready,
Wriggle your toes and your fingers.
Blink open your eyes when you're ready.
