Finding a really comfortable position,

One that feels really good for you.

You may like to sit with your legs crossed or lay down for this meditation.

Please listen to your body and do whatever it's asking you.

And when you're ready,

Close down your eyes,

Or have a soft gaze in front of you.

Gently becoming aware of what is happening in this moment.

Noticing any sensations in your body.

Noticing how you're breathing.

Becoming aware of any thoughts that are coming to the forefront as you relax and go inwards.

Beginning to visualize and sense into deep roots growing from your bottom down into the earth's surface.

Intertwining and growing down into the earth's surface.

Allowing you to feel deeply grounded and anchored into this moment.

Continuing to visualize these roots expanding,

Multiplying as they continue to anchor you.

Gently bringing your awareness to your heart and feel into your heart breathing.

Breathing from the back to the front.

Noticing your chest expand with every inhale.

And moving back towards your spine with every exhale.

Feeling into your heart breathing.

Bringing your awareness now up into your head.

And noticing every breath coming through your nose.

Gently becoming aware of any fragrances that are present with you in this moment.

Gently bringing your awareness up into your face.

Relaxing your jaw and checking in with your shoulders while you're here.

Letting go.

And bringing your awareness to any fragrances present with you in this moment.

Grounding you into the here and the now.

Smelling the fragrances of earth.

Taking a moment to just be.

Feeling in.

Noticing how your body feels.

Feeling deeply connected and anchored.

Begin to unplug from the earth beneath you.

Setting you free to go about your day.
