In this course, you'll learn 5 different journaling techniques that will help you get in touch with the current situation, help you delve into your feelings so you can discover, unpack and express yourself clearly and calmly. Life’s stressors can become less daunting when you turn to journaling. Pouring out your thoughts and emotions onto the page gives you the distance you need to reduce that overwhelming, anxious feeling that creeps in when life gets chaotic but sometimes you do not have the words to express how you are feeling so I teach you alternative techniques to help you find clarity without using words and then diving into other journalling techniques that will enrich your journaling experience. Designed for beginners to experienced people who journal regularly.

Guiding and teaching meditation and mindfulness, consisting of over 50 hours of coursework and practice. She is registered with Meditation Australia. Bec's mission is to help you connect with your inner wisdom, create more positivity, and find peace in your thoughts and mind. Drawing

Feeling Stuck With Journaling

In this lesson, we’ll explore how to go from feeling stuck with journaling to experiencing free-flowing releases that leave you feeling empowered, clear, and open. So much wisdom, insight, and inspiration can come from connecting within. With Bec’s practical journaling prompts and techniques, you’ll be able to break through any journaling blockages. You'll also be guided through a brief visualization meditation to help open your mind and release the floodgates of thought, followed by a quiet period for you to fully immerse in your journaling practice.

Clarity Seeker

In this lesson, we will explore how to use your intuition to select a journaling prompt. You'll be provided with seven different prompts to help you find clarity, balance, and harmony in any situation by examining opposing energies. The session includes a guided meditation to help you connect with your mind and body, followed by a quiet period for reflective journaling.

Lesson 4

Writing A Letter To A Trusted Friend

In this lesson, Bec guides you on a journey to help you intuitively decide who you need to write to. She then provides a letter-writing structure that encourages you to release any feelings, find clarity and positivity with love and compassion. This will be an unsent letter, you will not be sending this letter physically to this person. You'll have about five minutes to write a short letter.

Lesson 5

Gratitude

In this lesson, you'll practice writing a gratitude list to help shift your mindset toward abundance. Bec will guide you through a journaling exercise focused on listing simple, meaningful things you're grateful for. This practice is designed to boost positive emotions, strengthen relationships, and bring greater clarity to your life. You'll also experience a grounding meditation to help embody the feeling of gratitude, followed by time to write down everything you're thankful for.
