Turning toward the truths of conflict on this planet, be they internal or external aspects of suffering, is a practice that we don't have to do alone. Receive this guidance and these words, an offering of prayer to support our intentions and wishes for peace.

Today we join forces together in unity for world peace. Let's invite a full breath into our lungs and into our chest perhaps filling all the way down through the length of the torso and allowing a smooth gentle exhale releasing. We'll do this a few times together breathing in and on the exhale rooting into the strength of this body of this moment of the connection with Mother Earth. Full breath opening to receive the self and all that is in this moment releasing and grounding in a little bit more here. If it feels welcome in your being I invite you to join me in prayer perhaps closing your eyes or lowering your gaze and allowing the attention to rest a little bit more in the breath beginning to feel as if the breath were flowing into and through our hearts as we tune into the fullness of our unified field knowing that as we turn toward the suffering the challenges the conflicts that are here we are not alone. Perhaps imagining that we stand together today unified around a well-lit fire feeling the warmth on our faces and our fronts feeling ourselves firmly planted here and now in this stand and on our next breath allowing our intentions and wishes prayers to rise and adding each and every one of them into the flames of this fire as if adding a log and stoking the flames beginning to feel the resonance and the heat growing enveloping our bodies our hearts our minds our circle and rippling across all lands and layers and dimensions of this planet Earth. Dear ones, Great creator, Spirit guides, Angels and blessed beings seen and unseen to the guidance of nature in all life forms and to any and all sources of guiding love compassion and light yet to be named we call on you today to support and guide this sacred container as we hold steady and strong while turning to face the ache in our hearts we gather here in circle today honoring deeply rooted desires for radical change may we feel the fullness of your unwavering support as we walk this journey today and always inviting a full breath we pray for the capacity to hold reverence for energy and life in all its forms remembering that there is a vastness yet to be known beyond the veil we pray for the wisdom of equanimity that we may stand steady amidst the chaos and destruction of uncertain flame for the willingness to remain anchored to the core of our center the knowing of nature the belief and a greater collective unfolding aligned with our highest good may the fierce compassion of our hearts lead us to the engagement of aligned choice rooted in patience wise action and a practice of understanding we pray for the end of suffering on this planet and the hearts souls and lives of all sentient beings in this world may the roots of our wishes be nourished by broader truths we pray for grace to open our hearts and our eyes for the courage to envision a new reality of life on this planet where conflicts are resolved through radical honesty curiosity and the North Star guidance of the true vibration of love we pray for the strength to face the suffering recognizing our tears as agents of purification the calls for gathering and unity medicine for these times revealing the path from fear to love may we soften amidst our grief turning toward true celebrations of life possibilities for change new beginnings and for the patience to allow the revealing of the light we pray for the humility and endurance to embrace resilience as we continue to learn for the flexibility of recognizing the range of the human condition impacting all sides today in the face of global conflict we pray for world peace and so it is so together just taking a moment to rest in these energies and whatever way is true to you knowing that with each and every one of these words we get to choose to receive and take those that land and leave the rest and we feel into the breath of life moving through our bodies to the love of Mother Earth resting beneath our feet may the breath continue to guide us toward opening to the prayers of our hearts from safe spaces in the right time knowing fully that we are not alone
