There are new opportunities lining up for me in this beautiful new day and I am grateful.
I am grateful that I have the ability to move my body.
I am grateful that I have the ability to see with the eyes that I have.
I am grateful that I have the ability to listen and to hear guidance because guidance is always there.
And this new day,
I am tuning in and listening for guidance like I've never listened before.
It's a new day to open my heart to give and receive love and to know that it is safe for me to be loving and to be loved.

A new opportunity to feel more in my body and unlike I've ever felt before.
It's a new day to taste new food,
To taste and experience this wonderful experience called life.
