If you can stand,
Please do so.
Stand with your feet about hip-width apart.
As you stand,
Press your feet firmly in the ground.
Place one hand in the center of your chest and the other hand right above your navel.
Notice how that feels,

Feel how grounded your feet feel.
Notice any feelings and sensations in your body right now.
Connect with your breath.
Remind yourself,
I am on solid ground.
I am safe.
I am calm.
All is well.
I am strong.
I am capable.

I am grounded.
My thoughts keep me grounded.
All is well in my world.
I can handle anything that comes my way next.
Relax your hands,
Take a deep breath in and out through your mouth.
