This is Barbara Deo and this is a quick reset to embody peace.

So find a comfortable position,

Just close your eyes,

Just notice your breath,

The gentle rise and fall of your natural breathing and send your awareness to your heart.

Imagine you're sending your breath to your beautiful heart as we call in and connect to our higher selves,

Our soul spark and our I am presence,

Calling in our angels and highest guides,

Calling in the archangels and ascended masters,

Calling in the Elohim and the God Goddess source energy of all that is,

Calling in our guardian angels and evoking our observer angels.

We give you our free will to co-create for the greatest good and harm.

Place your hands on your heart,

Begin to lengthen your breath,

Elongating your inhales and exhales as you breathe in,

Filling up the lungs from the bottom to the top,

Expanding,

Allowing yourself to fully and completely inhale as much as you can and as you exhale release with a sigh,

Allowing your shoulders to drop,

Feeling the ribs knit back together at the bottom of the breath.

Once again,

Fully and completely inhaling with purpose,

With intention and release.

Again,

As you inhale,

Filling up your body,

Completely oxygenating all of your cells,

Stimulating the lymphatic system,

Calming the nervous system,

Quieting the mind and setting the intention on the exhale to release anything that no longer serves you.

Releasing fear,

Doubt,

Worry,

Shame,

Regret,

As I remind you that all there is is right here,

Right now,

As I call in the frequency of peace,

Recalling a feeling of a time when you felt completely at ease.

Maybe it was going to bed at night as you lay your head down on the pillow,

Knowing that the day is over and there's nothing to do but rest.

Tune into that feeling of where you had nothing to do,

Nowhere to be,

Nowhere to go and you're just able to rest.

Allow yourself to do that right here,

Right now.

All you need to do is breathe and listen to my voice and imagine the frequency of peace raining down on you like glitter as it lands onto your skin and onto the crown of your head,

Absorbing into the hair follicles and absorbing into the epidermis of the skin.

As it moves deeper into the dermis,

Imagine yourselves like a sponge absorbing this frequency of pure divine peace,

Allowing it to move down into the subcutaneous tissues and absorbing into the fascia layer and absorbing into the ligaments and the tendons and the bone,

Allowing this peace to move into your meridian lines,

Your energetic arteries,

Carrying this frequency of peace into every cell of your being and all the spaces in between pulsating and radiating with pure tranquility.

Just feel what that feels like.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Keep breathing,

Keep softening,

Keep allowing,

Keep surrendering.

You are safe,

You are protected.

Breathe that in,

Keep surrendering,

Keep allowing yourself to be embodied with this frequency of peace and love.

As you exhale,

Let go,

Exhale,

Let go,

Just let go,

Just let go.

Keep focusing on your breath,

Coming back to your intention,

Allowing yourself to embody peace and release fear.

Surrender,

Surrender,

Surrender,

Surrender.

Melt,

Just allow yourself to melt,

Dissolving away any blockages,

Just let it go,

Just let it go,

Just let it go.

When you're ready,

Just come back into your body,

Start to move your body around,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Rolling the shoulders,

Stretching and inhaling and extending your arms out.

And as you inhale,

Remind yourself that you are a spiritual being.

Peace and love and ease and grace and choose that.

In every moment,

Remind yourself you can choose to feel this peace by tuning into your breath,

Tuning into the spiritual side of yourself.
