Guided Meditation for Releasing Negative Attachments Welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you release any negative energy that does not belong to you.
Cut any cords of attachment and call back any lost fragments of your energy and soul.
This meditation will guide you towards wholeness and help you to focus on protecting your energy field.
Please find a quiet and comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.
You can sit or lie down in a relaxed position and simply close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs with air,
Holding it for a moment,
And then exhale slowly through your mouth.
Repeat this pattern of breathing a few times until you feel more relaxed,
Breathing in,
Filling up the lungs from the bottom to the top,
Hold,
And release with a sigh.
Again,
Inhale nice and full,
Expanding the ribcage,
And exhale slowly.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Reaching deep into the earth.
Feel the solid connection with the ground,
Providing you with stability and strength.
Feel the support of Mother Earth as she embraces you and holds you and nurtures you.
You are safe.
As you breathe in,
Visualize drawing up nourishing energy from Mother Earth into your body.
Allow this energy to fill you with a sense of calm and grounding.
Visualize yourself surrounded by a golden healing light.
This light is warm,
Protective,
And healing.
Now imagine seeing or sensing any cords of attachment that connect you to negative energies or people.
These cords might appear as strings or ropes or chains.
With kindness and intention,
Decide to release these attachments.
Picture a pair of golden scissors in your hand.
Use the scissors to gently cut each cord one by one.
As you do so,
Affirm to yourself,
I release all negative attachments and energies that are not mine.
I am free and whole.
Again,

Focus on calling back any fragments of your energy or soul that you may have lost or given away.
Visualize these pieces as tiny sparks of light scattered across various places and times.
With each passing moment,
Allow yourself to let go of the attachments that you may have lost.
Visualize these pieces as tiny sparks of light scattered across various places and times.
With each breath,
Invite these sparks to return to you,
Reuniting your essence.
As they come back,
Feel yourself becoming more complete and powerful.
Affirming to yourself,

Visualize a protective shield of light surrounding your entire being,

Continue to breathe.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Feeling the peace and wholeness within you.

Come back into your body and wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes,
Circle your ankles and circle your wrists,
And gradually begin to bring your awareness back to the present.
And simply open your eyes,
Feeling refreshed and empowered.
