Close your eyes,

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly,

Signaling to your body that you are safe.

Simply notice your breath,

Begin to lengthen your inhales and exhales and allow yourself to surrender.

Breathe into your heart and connect with your body.

Send unconditional love into your cells.

Flood your being with ease and grace.

I choose to release the wounds of my past.

I choose right now to forgive myself and those who have treated me with disrespect.

I understand they may have been dealing with their own wounds.

I forgive them,

Knowing they were doing the best that they could at the time.

I release the feeling of it being personal,

And I know that it may have had nothing to do with me at all.

Their own shadow may have been enveloping them.

I love myself.

I forgive myself.

I am the keeper of my word,

And that is enough.

I am grateful for the lessons and know now that those experiences were crucial for my conscious evolution.

I release the wounds.

I soften the scars.

I let the light in and allow it to guide me,

To heal me,

To bring me back into wholeness.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

Allow yourself to heal.

Allow yourself to release this pain.

Allow yourself to let go of the regret and resentment you have been holding onto.

You are enough.

You are capable of rising up.

You are capable of releasing and surrendering and allowing yourself to fully and completely love who you are in this moment,

Right here,

Right now.

As you continue to breathe and soften and surrender,

Know that you are healing in this moment.

Know that you are raising your frequency.

Know that you are expanding your consciousness.

Allow yourself to recalibrate to this new you that is healing,

And know that is enough.

Keep breathing.

Keep breathing.

Keep releasing.

Keep letting go of what no longer serves you.

Open your eyes and embrace this next evolution in your awareness and your consciousness as you continue to heal.
