This meditation is designed to balance and harmonize your entire body.
Utilizing divine energies and light transmissions to cleanse and clear and illuminate your organs,
Chakras,
And body systems.
To activate and amplify life force energy and raise your frequency.
Let's take a few moments to get settled.
Allow the thoughts of the day to drift away as you take a deep cleansing breath in.
And as you exhale,
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your surroundings.
Notice the support of the surface beneath you.
Notice the air on your skin.
Feel your body get heavier and heavier.
As you soften and surrender.
Just notice your breath.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your natural breathing.
Nothing to do right now,
But just notice.
Just notice if there is any tension in your body and see if you can let it go.
Relax your shoulders.
And relax your face.
Relax the muscles in your neck and down your arms and your hands.
Relax your belly.
And just let it soften.
And release any tension in your back.
In your chest.
In your hips.
In your shoulders.
Releasing the tension in your legs.
In your feet.
In your toes.
Place your awareness on your heart.
Imagine you are breathing in and out of your heart center.
Activating the wisdom and intelligence and knowledge and knowing of your heart.
Falling into a natural rhythm of breathing now.
Soft and fluid.
With no beginning and no end.
Breath of infinity throughout your body as you continue to release and relax and surrender.
I call in and connect to our higher selves,
Calling in our angels and highest guides.
Asking to be surrounded with divine love and light.
I call in the white diamond crystalline light to pour in through the angelic realms into our soul star chakra above the ground.
As it pours like a waterfall,
Rinsing away any densities,
Clearing away any blockages,
Connecting to our divine knowing.
As it cleanses and clears and swirls around the crown,
Allowing you to know what you need to know,
Feeling it melt into the hair follicles and into your skull,
Making its way to your brain tissue,
Eliminating and connecting the circuits,
Amplifying and increasing the frequency of these cells as it absorbs into all the cells in the cranium and moves into the cranial sacral fluid.
Swirling down around the back of the head into the occipital bone,
Moving into the pineal gland as it chips away any calcifications,
Removing any blockages,
And moving it into the interior of the skull,
Swirling around behind the eyes,
Around the orbital bones,
Your cheekbones,
Allowing it to pour down into the lymphatic system,
Into the lymph nodes,
Into your meridian lines,
Blowing down into your third eye chakra between the brow,
And into the pituitary gland,
Spinning and cleansing and clearing,
Activating your inner vision,
Allowing you to see what you need to see,
And sending the stream of light down to the throat and into the throat chakra as it spins and cleanses and clears,
Pulling out any blockages,
Any densities,
Allowing you to speak your truth,
To allow you to use your voice for your greatest good,
Allowing this light to balance and harmonize your thyroid gland and your parathyroid,
Balancing and harmonizing,
And allowing the light to now pour down your shoulders,
Down your arms,
And into your hands and your fingertips,
Feeling the gentle pulsating in the palms of your hands,
And amplifying your healing of your own body with your own power,
With your own strength and awareness,
Moving this divine effervescent cascade of light as it pours into the heart and your heart chakra,
Moving into the chambers of the heart as this divine light filled with the frequency of unconditional love pours into your bloodstream as it pulsates and radiates through your entire being,
Through your arteries,
Through your arteries and your veins,
Flowing this beautiful light down around your torso,
Moving into your solar plexus,
Inhaling as it expands and eliminates and ignites your divine pow,
Revealing the majesty and magnitude of all that you are.
Breathing it into your lungs and absorbing into the fibers of your lungs,
Healing,
Repairing,
Fortifying,
Amplifying life force energy,
Release any limiting beliefs,
Any negative thought patterns,
And know that you are capable of anything you want to be.
Allow this light to trickle down into the sacral chakra,
Into the womb as it pulls like liquid glass,
As it soothes and heals and coats,
Allowing it to move around into the pelvis and into the root chakra as we ground ourselves and our bodies by this divine light.
Allow this light to flow through our organs,
Our body systems,
Sending this light down our legs,
On the bottom of the feet through the earth star chakra as it pours down like liquid tree roots.
Allow this light to flow through the earth,
The dirt,
The rocks,
The crystalline layer,
And the water as it flows all the way down to the core of mother earth,
Creating this anchor of light deep within the earth's center,
Grounding ourselves within Gaia as we mix and meld the energy and wisdom of mother earth with this stream of light,
Feeling it envelop you and warm you and hold you,
Allowing this light to flow all the way up into the angelic realms,
Wrapping around the crystalline grid,
Anchoring,
Uplifting,
Connecting,
Strengthening,
And healing.
Calling in Solaris,
The golden ray of the solar sun,
Sending a beam of golden healing light throughout your core and flowing down into mother earth,
And blending these ribbons of light,
Strengthening your grounding cord,
Anchored deep within mother earth as above and so below,
You are grounded and connected.
And calling in the rainbow light now,
To rain down like glitter,
Landing on your skin,
Feeling the gentle tingle of this effervescent kaleidoscope of light as it absorbs into the epidermis,
And moves deeper into the dermis and the subcutaneous tissues,
Moving into the fascia and the ligaments,
And the tendons,
And the bones,
Fortifying all the joints,
All the connective tissues,
And strengthening and amplifying and illuminating as we allow these molecules of energy to absorb into every single cell,
And all the spaces in between,
Allowing yourself to become fully immersed in these beautiful bodies of light.
When you're ready,
Come back into your body,
And gently open your eyes and take a look around.
