Welcome to this Heart Chakra guided meditation.

Find a comfortable position either sitting on the floor with your legs crossed or on a chair with your feet flat on the ground.

Please ensure that your spine is straight but relaxed.

Now gently close your eyes and take a moment to settle into this space.

This meditation will guide you to activate and balance the Anahata or the Heart Chakra,

The center of love and compassion within you.

Begin by taking a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Let go of any tension in your body.

Take another deep breath and as you exhale,

Feel your body becoming heavy and grounded.

Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet reaching deep into the earth.

Feel the stability and support of the earth beneath you,

Anchoring you securely.

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

The area of your heart and imagine a soft,

Warm light glowing gently within your heart space.

With each inhale,

Feel this light expanding and with each exhale,

See it growing brighter and more vibrant.

Visualize yourself in a beautiful,

Lush garden.

This garden is filled with vibrant flowers,

Greenery and a gentle breeze that caresses your skin.

You can hear the sweet melodies of birds singing and the rustling of leaves.

This garden is your heart space,

A sanctuary of peace,

Love and compassion.

In the center of your chest,

Imagine a green lotus flower.

This lotus represents your heart chakra.

See its petals slowly unfurling one by one,

Revealing a brilliant emerald green light.

This light symbolizes the pure,

Unconditional love that resides within you.

As you breathe in,

Visualize this green light expanding outward,

Filling your entire chest and with each breath,

See it spreading further,

Enveloping your whole body.

Feel this light filling every cell,

Bringing warmth and comfort.

Continue to see it growing,

Extending beyond your body,

Surrounding you in a cocoon of loving energy.

Now,

Either silently or out loud,

Repeat the following affirmations.

I am open to giving and receiving love.

I am connected to the universal energy of love and compassion.

My heart is a source of infinite love.

Visualize these affirmations resonating deeply within your body.

Imagine the green light radiating from your heart,

See this network of light spreading,

Reaching out to your loved ones,

Your community,

And eventually to the entire world.

Feel the interconnectedness of all beings,

United by the energy of love.

Take a few moments to focus on the feeling of love and compassion within your heart.

Think of someone or something that makes you feel immense love.

It could be a person,

A pet,

A place,

Or even a memory.

Allow this feeling to fill your heart completely.

Let it overflow,

Enhancing the green light within you.

Take a moment to express gratitude for this experience.

Thank yourself for taking this time to nurture your heart chakra.

Feel gratitude for the love that exists within you and all around you.

Acknowledge the power of your heart,

Your big beautiful heart,

And its capacity to give and receive love.

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes with a smile on your face,

Bringing with you the sense of love and compassion you have cultivated during this meditation.

As you move through your day,

Carry this feeling of openness and love with you.

Remember,

Your heart chakra is a source of boundless compassion and kindness,
