Welcome to this meditation,
A little time and space carved out just for you.
Landing in your body.
Your breath in the moment.
And getting clear.
So allowing yourself to land in a really comfortable shape,
However that is for you,
Seated or laying,
Whatever works.
Perhaps a gentle little rocking side to side.
Slowly finding stillness.
And feeling into the support beneath you.
So the texture of the surface that you're on.
Really allowing yourself to be held so give yourself permission to let go down into your seat or into your back body if you're laying.
That real melting down.
Encourage length through the spine if you're seated relaxed lengthening.
The soft front body of your legs.
And just call back all your energy.
But from all the places that you've been,
All the conversations that you've had,
Imagine all your energy coming back to you now.
And then start to notice the breath,
Encouraging a deeper breath in,
Feel it come in through both nostrils,
Fill the body.
Really filling up,
Notice how nice that feels and a deep,
Slow release.
Letting it all go.
Let's do two more like that,
Really filling up.
And sweet,
Slow release.
One more in your own time.
Find the natural breath now.
And stay connected to your breath as you encourage a softening through all the muscles on your face.
Unclenching through the jaw,
Even feeling your back teeth relax.
Softening down through the neck and the shoulders,
Still feeling the breath flow in and out.
Soften into the tummy.
Into the pelvic floor,
The glute.
You and the hands.
Maybe the low back,
Just any areas there might be a sense of holding.
As you breathe,
Use the exhale to encourage a softening,
A release.
To help us feel really grounded and secure,
Let's bring in a box breath.
So a few rounds of this,
Meaning the inhale will be the same count as the hold of the breath,
The same count of the exhale,
And the same count as we hold the breath out.
So let's start with a full round of breath and then we'll go into the practice when you're ready.
Deep breath in.
Full breath out.
And inhaling for a count of four.
One holding.
Exhale.
Holding the breath down.
Hold.
Out.
Home.
Hold.
And.
.
.
Home.
Out.
Oh.
Keep going.
You might in your mind trace the sides of a box.
You might extend or shorten the sides.
Let's take two more rounds.
Just knowing a box imagining it on the ground on the earth so stable really hard to push it over bringing those qualities in grounded,
Stable,
Secure.
There's absolutely no rush getting there,
But once you finish.

Returning to your natural breath.
Feeling yourself grounded.
L secure.
Breath flowing in and out of the nostrils,
The body expanding and softening.
Just connecting to your beautiful heart space.
Imagine golden light shining out from your heart.
What is something you can celebrate about yourself?
Perhaps a strength that you have.
Perhaps something that you've brought into practice,
Maybe something tiny.
No one else would even notice what's something you can celebrate about you.
Allow it to bring a little smile to your face.
Stay with your breath,
Stay connected to your heart,
Beautiful gold light shining from the heart.
What is something you're working towards?
Can you see that version of you?
Really see them.
Living that reality.
How they spend their day.
Ease,
The lightness.
Allow that beautiful energy to move through your body.
Breath flowing in and out.
Feeling your heart maybe even noticing your heartbeat.
Gold light shining from the heart.
What is something that you can let go of?
And try to stay in the body,
Stay in the heart and just notice what arises without overthinking it.
There's something you can let go of.
Ask yourself if you're willing,
Open,
To do that.
Truly.
Breath flowing in and out through both nostrils.
Your body so held by the earth.
So grounded,
So secure.
Now imagine from the crown of your head.
Beautiful golden healing energy,
The energy of pure love just flowing into the crown of your head from above.
Move it all through your body so imagine filling your body with complete pure love.
Pure love yummy so held so tender pure pure love just moving all the way into your body filling yourself up with love all the way down to the tips of your toes moving it all through your body through the crown.
Through the whole body,
Your whole field.
Pure pure love entering you now.
Allow it to bring a little smile to your face.
So topped up with love.
With source,
With that which is your truth.
As to remembering.
From that reflection.
Acknowledging any pieces of gold that have arisen any learnings,
Any clarity.
Seeing yourself moving forward.
Knowing where you're going.
Landing back in your space.
Feeling into the support beneath you.
Feeling yourself help.
Noticing the temperature of the air on your skin.
All the different sounds that you can hear both near and far.
Can you connect to the soft sound of your breath?
Take a deeper breath in when you're ready.
A longer breath out.
Slowly coming back to your space.
Reorienting yourself.
Hand on the heart,
One hand on the belly.
