Thank you for choosing yourself and taking this time to meditate to slow the mind down and bring your energy back in.

So if you haven't done so already you might just like to pause this recording and set your space up so you won't be disturbed and so you're super comfortable.

You might like to light a candle,

Some incense,

Burn some sage or Palo Santo.

Just set your space up like you're setting up for a ritual.

Seated or laying,

Just really whatever feels best for you.

And as we settle in let's invite in a deeper breath.

A little more air,

A little more breath in.

Holding at the top and a big slow release.

Two more like that.

Nice deep breath in.

Feel your belly,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Back door of the heart expanding,

Holding.

A little more breath in and a slow long release.

One last round.

Beautiful.

Just feel yourself either sit a little further into your seat or relax down further into the position that you're in.

Take your awareness to your space.

So just notice all the different sounds that make their way to your ears and notice the furthest sound that you can hear.

Notice if there are any smells,

Any taste in your mouth.

And I'd like you to draw your awareness to the soles of your feet now.

Can you feel any textures,

Any temperatures against them?

Can you just notice the sensations present through the soles of your feet?

With all of your awareness there,

Do you perhaps notice a subtle tingling,

Subtle vibration?

Or perhaps nothing at all.

Nothing is right or wrong,

Good or bad.

I'd like you to draw your awareness to your palms now.

And just notice firstly any textures,

Any temperatures against your palms.

And then feeling into sensations through your palms.

With all of your awareness at your palms,

What can you notice?

Can you keep your awareness at the soles of your feet and your palms simultaneously?

And just feel your body relax.

Relax through your shoulders.

Soften down through all the muscles of your face.

Unclench your jaw.

Relax into the pelvic floor.

Relax your tummy.

Any other areas that you might be holding tightness or tension.

Still noticing the sensations through your palms and through your feet.

And feel the breath flowing in and out of the nostrils.

Now can you take a bird's-eye view of yourself?

Either sat or laying in meditation.

And from up above can you just shower yourself with so much love and care.

So much support.

So you might see that as pink shimmery energy washing over your body from up above.

Just showering this down on yourself.

Continuing to breathe.

Feel the breath.

Feel the sensations through the soles of the feet.

Through the palms of the hands.

And that bird's-eye view is showering so much love and care down on yourself.

Now if you could access your higher self.

This higher,

Higher version of yourself.

What would this version say to you?

So you're looking at yourself from up above.

While in the moment feeling sensations through the feet.

Through the hands.

The breath moving in and out.

Your higher self.

What would they say to you?

Would they let you know how well you are doing?

Would they let you know how powerful you are?

How capable?

How anything you want is truly possible?

They let you know how worthy you are.

All your feelings.

All chapters.

They let you know that everything is going to be okay.

Everything is going to work out.

Can you receive that guidance?

Keep feeling sensations through the soles of the feet.

Through the palms.

Your breath flowing in and out.

And just take a few moments here to receive that.

That love,

Care and guidance.

You can keep the awareness through the soles of the feet and the palms.

Especially if that's helpful.

And we're going to have a sense of breathing in and out of the heart space now.

As you breathe in you feel your heart expand.

And as you breathe out your heart softens.

Inhale heart expands.

Even feeling the back door of the heart expanding.

And exhale the softening.

In your mind's eye can you recall a past version of yourself?

The first version that comes to yourself is perfect.

See them.

What age roughly?

What are they wearing?

How do they look emotionally?

Have an awareness of what you were going through at that time.

Keep breathing in and out of the heart.

Notice sensations through the palms.

Through the feet.

Hold that past version of yourself.

And can you shower them with so much love and care.

So much support.

Can you let them know that they are divinely perfect.

Always have been and always will be.

Keep breathing in and out of the heart.

Sending so much love,

Care and support to this past version of yourself.

Check in to see if they are receiving.

Can you notice any shift in how they are looking?

Could be a perfect journal prompt for after the meditation too.

If you're ready to say see you soon to this past version just send more love,

More care and support.

So you land back in your space.

Feeling the sensations through the feet,

Through the palms.

Your breath flowing in and out of your heart space.

Can you notice the different sounds allowing all the sounds to make their way to you.

Once again searching for the furthest sound.

Noticing any smells,

Any taste.

Feeling the surface beneath you,

The textures,

Temperatures.

And now having a sense that your whole body is breathing in.

And your whole body is breathing out.

Two more like that.

When you're ready some mindful movement.

Fingers and toes.

Gentle movement through the head as you slowly bring left hand on top of your heart space.

Can you feel your heart beating?

Right hand on top of the left or on your tummy.

Give yourself gratitude for taking this time.

Let your heart to lead the way.

It knows the way.
