Hello beautiful one.

Welcome to this space.

Give yourself some gratitude for taking the time to do this healing that will radically shift the way you feel in your body.

If you've been meaning to take some time for yourself,

Just really grasp that that time is now and that this work to heal your relationship to yourself is the most important thing you can do because it affects every other part of your life.

Go ahead and set up your space to be comfortable and a container for you to feel whatever you need to feel without having to worry about your surroundings.

So lock the door if you need to.

Go ahead and get a blanket and bring a pillow under your head.

I recommend lying on the ground with your knees up and your feet flat on the earth.

What we want to do in this practice is give space for all of those feelings that we're constantly burying so that we can release them.

I'm going to teach you some powerful breath that will allow you to release this debris in your body that makes it really hard to connect and love yourself.

We'll start with some breath of presence.

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale.

Sigh it out.

In through the nose.

Sigh it out.

And now I will teach you the breath that I use for maximum transformation and this is referred to as three part breath.

We'll be inhaling and exhaling through our mouth for the whole ritual.

This is how it will go.

In through your mouth,

Fill up the belly.

In again,

Fill up the lungs and the chest and exhale,

Release it all through the mouth.

So again,

In through the mouth,

Let the belly balloon out.

Then keep breathing into the chest and lungs and then exhale,

Release it all through the mouth.

And throughout this practice,

Just try to stay with that breath and know that you're safe to keep going and even when you feel like giving up,

That's usually right before you're about to experience a massive release.

So all you have to do is follow along with my voice and stay with your breath.

Let whatever sounds and emotions flow out of you in this practice.

A release can look like crying,

Yawning,

Burping,

Shaking,

Screaming,

Moaning.

This is your space to just be you and your rawest form and to let these emotions leave your body however they need to leave your body.

This is your time to unleash every bit of you in your authentic form.

With your eyes closed,

Just imagine your eyes rolling back into your head and imagine yourself somewhere in nature alone that you feel most safe and peaceful and feel the sensations around you of being in this place.

The earth under your feet,

The breeze on your skin and walking barefoot,

Walk over to a hole in the ground where you notice a staircase and envision what this staircase looks like.

Stepping down one step at a time,

Feeling safer and safer as you descend the staircase.

And when you get to the bottom,

You're in a room.

It feels really familiar,

But you've never been in before.

And now you are shown your younger self at a time when you most felt confident,

Truly yourself and fearless.

And maybe this is the last time that you felt that way.

Imagining yourself at a time when you had no barriers up to the world around you.

You had no conditioning that made you put a lid on who you are.

This might have been a very,

Very early age where it may be more vivid or maybe you haven't felt this way truly since infancy.

So just imagine yourself in whatever form.

You're seeing yourself as this pure soul who knows exactly how they want to love.

You know exactly how you want to be loved,

How you want to express yourself with no lens of what the world thinks.

Observe yourself at this age now.

Take some time here to breathe as you remember this feeling.

And as you observe this younger version of self.

And now I want you to imagine sitting down in this cozy room and looking up at a projector playing scenes from your life.

And the scene that starts playing is the first time that you remember feeling rejection and really think about what that feels like in your body.

And how uncomfortable it is,

What feelings it brings up,

What your natural reaction to that rejection is.

Do you want to run away?

Do you want to be alone?

Do you want to get angry?

Do you want to overcompensate?

Just notice your body's reaction.

And then use your breath to clear all of this negative energy around that rejection out of your system.

Take some time to do this now,

Using your breath to guide it out of your body.

And going back to this time where you first experienced rejection for the way that you looked or expressed yourself or something that you created.

But now instead of watching yourself internalize this and changing who you are or who you show up as,

Imagine yourself standing up to this person that led you to feel this way.

And imagine yourself saying in that moment that that is not your truth.

Imagine yourself giving you what you needed in that moment.

Was it love?

Understanding?

Encouragement?

Appreciation?

Take some time to give yourself this now.

And now I want you to watch this projector again as it plays scenes of you going through your life day to day now,

But as that confident child version of yourself that is now grown up but never having experienced rejection because you chose to stay in your authenticity and never take it on as your own.

How do you connect to others as this grown up confident child version of you?

How confident are you in your words,

In your work?

How do you show yourself love?

And what ways do you give yourself time for things that bring you joy?

And notice how much more energy you have to do the things that you love when you don't have to spend your energy editing yourself into a version that you think will be acceptable for other people.

Notice that this is the real you.

And this is who you are now as you let go of the conditioning that is the real you.

And this is who you are now as you stay with your breath using the breath to let this sink into your body.

You are so worthy of love.

You are so worthy of being fully seen for who you are.

And you have always had access to love.

But now you can accept it because you're letting go of the barriers that you've put up.

And now place one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly.

Feel the warmth gathering in your heart space.

And give yourself love for all that you've been through.

Give yourself love for all that you've experienced.

And give yourself love just because you deserve to feel love.

Imagine that love filling your heart space as a warm white light and imagine it spreading into your entire body.

Feel all of the energy gathering in your being.

And notice how much room you have for wholeness and love when you breathe and let go of all of the conditioning,

All of the fear and all of the energetic stagnation that we sometimes hold on to.

Notice how good it can feel to be in your body exactly as you are now.

You are the only you that you will be in this lifetime.

And everything that you desire to become out of true authenticity is already in you.

And you can transform into this version of yourself by making every decision out of love for who you really are.

Being hard on yourself and trying to manipulate yourself into who someone else wants you to be will never lead you to the highest version of yourself.

So there is no point in any self abuse that you think you need to get you there.

You can step into your highest self fully through love and through ease if you allow it.

And staying with your breath a little bit longer as you just give gratitude to your body for supporting you day to day and in this practice.

And now use your arms to really give yourself a hug and feel your skin to skin contact.

And set an intention to acknowledge your true self the way that you've always wanted others to acknowledge it and to give it room to be seen and to be heard.

And to give it the permission to leave situations that don't feel right and to step into opportunities that you know were made for you.

Go ahead and come back into that first breath that we use just coming back into the present moment.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale side out.

I really encourage you now as you come out of this state slowly just to take some time to write about the experience that you had and your intentions and anything that your true self was speaking to you throughout this meditation.

I'm sending you so much love and so much respect for taking the time to develop a beautiful relationship with yourself.

Be extra gentle with yourself as you come out of this practice.

To develop a beautiful relationship with yourself.

Be extra gentle with yourself as you come out of this practice.
