Meditation Timer OnlineLinda Lee is a Master Yoga Teacher (acharya), with over thirty-five years of teaching expertise and fifty-five years of personal practice. She began her amazing yogic journey at the age of seven, eventually earning her first teacher’s certification in 1994. She’s diligently pursued her lifelong passion through consistent practice and study, eventually maturing into a gifted, authentic teacher who teaches yoga from the heart. Linda’s mastered precise skills and taps into an inherent yogic wisdom leading to a unique class experience. Each intuitively choreographed class is different, no two alike. However, in every class you can expect her to effortlessly blend in-depth posture instruction with anatomical education and muscular isolation with wisdom and a sense of humor! She mingles detailed breathwork with meditation and frequently prompts for sustained mindfulness. Her keen eye easily identifies physical issues and structural or emotional imbalances during class. A gentle adjustment or simple verbal cue can shift your perception and stimulate overall well-being. Movement is followed by deep relaxation which utilizes specific techniques to enhance assimilation of endorphins post exertion. Leaving you with a complete and total, gentle to moderate workout – from the inside out! You’ll want to return again and again because Linda’s gift is leading you back home to your Self.
