Welcome to this guided meditation dedicated to reducing fatigue.

My name is Aya,

I am a yoga teacher and a founder of VivaLao.

Thank you for joining me today.

Find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and allow your body to relax.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Release any tension or stress you may be holding.

Bring your attention to the present moment,

Notice the sensations in your body and the rhythm of your breath.

Allow yourself to fully experience the here and now.

Imagine a peaceful place,

A sanctuary just for you.

It could be a beautiful beach,

A peaceful forest or any other calming environment.

Visualize yourself stepping into this tranquil space.

Feel the gentle warmth of the sun on your skin and the softness of a ground beneath your feet.

Breathe in the fresh,

Clean air and feel how it rejuvenates your body and mind.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Let go of any thoughts or worries that may arise.

Imagine them floating away like clouds in the sky,

Leaving you with the sense of clarity and tranquility.

Now bring your attention to the sensations in your body.

Visualize any areas of tension or discomfort with each breath,

Imagine sending relaxation and healing to those areas,

Allowing them to release and soften.

Focus on your breath,

The sensation of the air entering and leaving your body.

Let your breath ground you in the present moment.

With each inhale,

Imagine breathing in energy,

Vitality and renewed strength.

With each exhale,

Release any fatigue,

Stress or negativity.

Take a moment to reflect on the things in your life that bring you joy and fulfillment.

Visualize these experiences and allow yourself to fully embrace the positive emotions associated with them.

You are deserving of rest and self-care.

Give yourself permission to prioritize your well-being and set boundaries that protect your energy.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and bring a sense of calm and rejuvenation with you into your day.
