Welcome to day one of our 10-day meditation journey into love,
Unity,
Peace and stillness.
I'm happy to share this sacred space with you and to go onto this journey together and to give ourselves to this space of inner peace and harmony and to bring more silence and harmony into ourselves.
And I'm excited to share this precious gift with you.
So on today's meditation we will focus on bringing relaxation into your body,
To bring peace and harmony into your body and to release any tension out of your system that you might have from living in the world.
So let's start with taking a deep breath through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.
And when you breathe out through your mouth completely relax and let go of any thoughts,
Of any emotions,
Concerns,
Fears or anything you might have in your system.
Just let it all go.
And then take another deep breath through your nose in and breathe out again and let go of everything.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Just do this another two or three times in your own rhythm.
And just relax,
Especially your head space.
When you breathe out just relax your brain and your head and your mind.
Release any thoughts or fears,
Concerns or worries you have right now.
Just let them go.
You don't need them anymore.
Just use your breath to help you to bring relaxation and peace into your whole body.
And now just breathe normally again.
Just a relaxed breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth in a relaxed and easy way.
Just bring presence into your mind,
Into your head first.
Just feel how do you feel in your head right now.
Just observe.
Bring presence and awareness into your head space.
And if you feel any tension just let it go.
When you breathe out let go of this tension.
And then you move on into the next area of your body,
Maybe even in your forehead.
Just scan through your head whenever you feel tension at some point in your body,
In your head space.
Just breathe it out.
Let it go.
Release the tension in your jaw.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your eyes.
And then we keep going down into your shoulder and neck.
Release any tension that you might experience in your shoulder and neck.
Just let go of this tension.
Then go into your chest,
The front of your chest,
The back of your chest.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and then breathe out through your mouth and let go of all tensions in your chest,
In your heart space.
Allow your heart to become light and free of any maybe pain that you experienced in the past days or even today.
Just let it go.
You can even for a moment put your hand on your heart and take another deep breath and just when you breathe out just let go of any stress or tension in your chest.
And then we move on into your arms and hands.
Release any tension in your arms and hands.
Feel your belly and your lower back and your solar plexus below your chest.
Take a deep breath into this area and when you breathe out relax and release any tension.
And then you connect to your pelvis and to your lower belly and breathe in again and when you breathe out relax and let go again of any tension that is stored there in this region.
Then we move on to your legs,
Your upper legs.
Take a deep breath in and when you breathe out just let go into the ground,
Bring the energy into the ground,
Allow your legs to rest on the earth.
And then go into your lower legs and your feet and take a deep breath in and breathe out and again just relax your legs,
Your whole legs,
Every part of it.
And your feet,
Relax your feet and allow them to just rest peacefully and easily.
And then just feel how your whole body from head to toe is totally relaxed,
Totally free.
Feel the spaciousness in your body,
The openness,
Harmony,
Peace and relaxation.
And feel how your mind also becomes still right now as well.
Your body is completely relaxed.
Just enjoy the space of deep relaxation right now.
Just enjoy it and drink it in.
Feel how your body is just so totally grateful for this attention you give to your body.
Feel this gratefulness from your body.
Just enjoy the space of peace and harmony in your body.
And if you feel a special area and your body needs a little bit more attention,
Then go there with your awareness and again breathe in deeply and breathe out and relax.
That's an amazing technique to relax your whole body and all the areas in your body through your breathing and through your breath.
That's the key to bring relaxation and peace into your body.

And really remember this peacefulness in your body that you feel right now.
So even when you start your day,
Stay in this body awareness and relaxation.
This will be the challenge for you of this day,
For today,
To really stay with your awareness in your body today no matter what you experience today.
Do you have to go to work or take care of certain responsibilities today if you have a busy day or a relaxed day?
Just stay in your body awareness and whenever you feel tension because of something happening outside of you,
Stressful situations,
Whatever happens,
Before you react,
Before you bring stress in your body,
Just hold in for a moment,
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in and breathe out and relax the area in your body where you feel the stress and stay there until the stress is gone.
Give yourself the self-love and this beautiful presence today for your body and make this your commitment for today and your focus.
And you will feel how your body will be so grateful to you.
