Okay,

The flow through grace.

Start in a comfortable position,

A quiet space where you will not be distracted during our time together.

And let's begin by slowing our breath so that we can enter a space of surrender and grace.

Taking a deep breath in,

Notice where it might feel challenging,

Stiff or uncomfortable.

And on your exhale,

Release the tension from those areas.

Taking another deep breath in,

Surrendering all of the thoughts,

Feels.

And on your exhale,

Release those thoughts with grace for self.

Beautiful.

And on your last surrendering breath,

I invite you to inhale a welcoming stillness deeper into your field.

Good.

And on your exhale,

Filling your physical space with that stillness and beginning of the essence of grace.

It's important to remember to check in with yourself regularly and remind yourself grace gets to always be a part of your life experience.

We live in a world where overachieving,

Always accomplishing something and perfectionism is praised.

Yet we forget how important it is to allow grace to just be as praised and experienced.

So begin by allowing the intrusive thoughts coming into your mind be present during this meditation.

And as they roll in,

I want you to consciously acknowledge them and say to each and every single one of them,

I give you grace and send you on your way.

Giving you a few moments to clear out your thoughts base before we move on.

Take some time,

Acknowledge and repeat.

I give you grace and send you on your way.

Good.

Now that our mental space is cleared and filled with grace,

We move on to our physical space.

Taking a deep breath in as we flow consciousness into our physical space,

Our surroundings and our entire being.

Notice in our body where we have been overworking,

Overstressing and in some discomfort.

And again,

As we acknowledge the thoughts and the feelings coming into our body in our physical space,

I want you to say to each and every single one of them,

I surrender you or this feeling with grace and send you on your way to release from my physical space.

Giving you a few moments to practice grace and surrender in your physical space.

Good.

Moving along to embracing the full essence of grace now,

I invite you to feel the full effects of the energy of grace as it is being absorbed by your mind,

By your body,

In your surroundings and as being welcomed by your soul like an old dear friend.

And as you leave this space today you will be taking along the essence of grace with you wherever you go.

Always available for you to infuse in your surroundings,

Your situations,

Your work,

Your mind and your thoughts,

Your body and physical being and always available to tap into when the stress piles up and the anxiety comes knocking at the door.

You have the ability and are embodying grace.

The world is relaxing to your desired outcome.

You flow with grace.

You are infused with grace and you live with grace at your center.

May you receive all you desire and more.
