Let's dissolve perfectionism today.

Many times we see ourselves not a good enough.

Because we have an extremely high standard we think we must live up to.

Or expectations which we have set upon ourselves.

Because we put so much worry and judgement on what others think about us and our lifestyle.

In this meditation we are going to help support taking the edge off of perfectionism and infusing some grace into our uncontrollable situations.

Let's begin by tuning in and letting go of the perfectionism knowing that we are enough exactly how we are.

So let's get started.

In a position of sitting up nice and tall,

Grounding your feet or your bottom into the ground beneath you.

I want to get really rooted and allow our root chakra to activate within this meditation.

Closing your eyes and placing your palms facing up.

And on your next inhale I want you to curl your palms into a tight tight tense fist.

Everything in your body tense it up,

Tense it up,

Tense it up,

Tense it up.

And on your exhale let go of everything.

Release release release shake it out shake it out.

Good.

Let's do this one more time.

Squeeze and contract every single muscle in your body.

Tense tense tense tense tense.

And on your exhale release let it go let it go let it go.

Good.

Now that we have released everything that does not serve us in this moment I'm going to have you find a seated position again and relax fully into your grounded space.

With your eyes closed I'm going to have you roll your eyes up into your forehead and imagine looking at a point in the middle of your forehead.

This is your third eye center.

It's the seed of intuition.

Taking a deep breath in and out at your natural rhythm giving use to connecting to your third eye center.

And notice where your breath is coming from.

It is not coming from your belly yet.

Begin to direct your breathing from your belly.

Breathing in and out on your own natural pace.

Is there an area of your body where you're still holding some tension right now?

In that area start to release that intention through your breathing.

Good.

And now I want you to go to a time in your life where you felt really strong,

Really good,

And you just felt strong in your purpose.

I want you to think about that moment in time and picture it and feel it.

How did it feel?

How did you feel?

How did it feel to be happy and confident?

To feel like I've got this?

And how did your body feel?

As you're picturing yourself in this moment,

What feels light?

Where do you feel energy flowing in your body?

And what feels like it's flowing so naturally as if you didn't even have to think about it?

Notice how your body feels when you think of this time in your life,

When you have it all figured out and there's nothing to stress or worry over.

Begin to soak that up and know that in this moment that you've experienced,

It is a part of you.

It is a part of who you are,

Which means you can always get it.

And I want you to think of yourself in that state and smile.

Really,

I want you to smile right now because that is you.

You are that happy person.

You are that confident person.

You are enough.

You have everything within you that you need.

And you begin to embrace your imperfections.

And start to thank them because they get to be a part of you.

They do not define you.

You are perfect in all of your imperfections.

And you are you in every moment of your life.

Allow that to shine right now.

Allow yourself to carry that grace and knowing that no matter what I do,

I am always well received.

I am always loved.

And I am not defined by perfection as I am a beautiful,

Confident,

And abundant imperfection being.

That is who I am.

God Bless.

Good but I struggle with perfectionism and so straight away couldn't think of a time when I felt everything was good! Obviously need to work on this! Thank you 😊
