As you keep on releasing tension from inside out,
Start to feel your legs,
The base of your body,
As if it was a farm's grain sack that when full,
Stands still by itself.
Keeping that constant,
You are now going to give life to your big bow,
Which means you are going to connect with a major acupuncture point of your back,
Your gator vitality,
Your Mingmen.
In order to do that,
You are going to land your mind at the lower back area,
And from approximately L3,
You are going to push this vertebra slightly backwards,
And at the same time,
You are going to lean your trunk ever so slightly forward,
So the weight of your body can go right through the center of the sole of your feet.
To make sure you have got them right,
After doing this adjustment,
Your tailbone should be pointing downwards without forcing or tucking.
Your feet should be naturally spreading your weight throughout the sole of your feet,
And your chin should be slightly in.
If you open your eyes gently,
You should be looking forward,
Not down nor up.
You have just learned how to activate your big bow,
Which gives life to your central channel,
Connecting you with Heaven and Earth.
This means you are consciously regulating your sympathetic and parasympathetic system.
Keep on hanging from the top of your head your body weight,
Keep on releasing your arm,
Shoulders and pelvic bone.
Keep also rendering to the 3-dimensionality of your body.
