Let's start now our standing meditation practice barefoot directly on the earth or indoors on an earthy mat.

Place your feet parallel width apart and park the vehicle of your existence,

Your body home.

With your eyes closed take a moment to evaluate how much percent are your body mass and how much percent are your mind activity right now.

Becoming aware that you are aware shift your attention to the earth pool and start releasing tension surrendering to the earth while you're standing.

Be aware that you are aware bring your attention to the body mass and from top to toe is calm your body downwards slowly and three-dimensionally checking for tightness any constriction your body might have or any areas of your body that may not feel quite right.

Without judgment just become aware of the vehicle of your existence your body home.

Then just before you finish off this first part of the standing practice evaluate the depth of your breath without changing it just becoming aware.
