Hello,

I am Aline Tissatto,

A holistic physiotherapist,

Internal martial arts practitioner and healer.

And before we get into the practice,

I'm going to briefly explain to you what is Earthing and how the mind operates within the body from a Chinese medicine and Taoist perspective.

The earth is basically a gigantic battery that is continuously being replenished by the heat from its core and by energy that comes from solar radiation and lightning,

Planets orbit and moon phases.

The natural pulsations of these energies flowing through and emanating from the surface of the earth keep the biological machinery and all global life running.

By standing on bare feet or on an earthing mat,

We regain contact with Mother Earth and we allow the free electrons of its rich surface to flow into the body,

Equalizing and maintaining our field.

We stop being two different entities and become the same unit with her again.

Now in order to understand the process of standing meditation,

One needs to get in touch with their inner resources.

And when I'm talking about inner resources,

I'm talking about the three treasures which are the foundation of Chinese medicine.

The three treasures are Jin,

Qi and Shen.

Putting it simple,

Jin means our physicality,

Qi means our bio-electricity and Shen means our mind,

Our soul.

We all live in this manifested world and inhabit a manifested body,

Our Jin,

Which houses our Shen,

Our mind.

Qi is the bio-electricity,

The life force that keeps the mind connected to its body.

An agitated mind means a disturbed and unbalanced Qi body,

Which leads most of the time to a fatigued and stressed physical body.

When people say they cannot meditate and their mind cannot stop thinking,

That means their Qi body is stuck,

Their physical home has no inner space and since this is not a good place to be,

Their mind jumps from one thought to the other.

Everything in this state not just makes us feel disconnected from life,

But it also consumes our Jin,

Accelerating the aging process.

The only place we can reset our body systems and find nourishment is the now.

And thanks to our ancestors who left us with a body of knowledge,

We can access nourishment,

Reset the three treasures and via a steady meditation with earthing fully embody our time here on Earth with Earth.

In the next five audios,

I am going to give you an introduction of how to practice earthing with a steady meditation,

So you can become more grounded,

Stronger,

Healthier and therefore more connected to life.

I recommend you to do it every day,

Starting with audio number one,

Progressing to audio number two and so on and with these five audios you have enough material to start building the foundation of your steady meditation practice with earthing.
