In the last audio of our Introductory Standing Meditation Practice, by having started the process of regulating the frequencies of your body/home you´ve allowed your soul/mind to be more settled within. With that in place you can then: grow a root which naturally creates an extra postural support from the ground up and finish off, by enhancing your central channel all the way down to the acupuncture points of your feet, Yong Quan, directly connecting with the Earth’s free electrons (Earthing).

By now you must be feeling as much body as you are mind.

You have initiated the process of regulating the three treasures in you.

You have initiated the process of regulating the three treasures in you.

By releasing tension you have unblocked and unwrapped life force,

Chi,

Which has blended evenly throughout your gene,

Your physical body.

By improving these frequencies you made the vehicle of your existence a better place for your sheen to be.

Up to now we have been working with the downwards yin quality of the practice.

Now let's introduce the yang rising quality to it.

From being like a grounded mama bear,

You penetrate the three dimensionality of your legs into the ground by pushing your knees slightly and slowly backwards almost to a locking position.

That inevitably will make the feet to penetrate the earth further.

This gentle adjustment will create a bounce back action from the ground up which gives an extra support for the posture.

Keep on releasing,

Keep on penetrating the earth and finish off by guiding your breath from the nose all the way down to your belly between your Guan Yu Wan and your Mi Gman.

Then from the nose you breathe all the way down to your feet to your yang guan points at the center and at the base of the balls of your feet which directly connects to the earth's free electrons helping to neutralize the free radicals in your body.

Repeat this deep,

Gentle and guided breathing exercise for at least one minute.

You can increase gradually the time of your daily meditation practice up to an hour and you can practice without hurting.

Although combining both makes the practice twice as powerful.

At the end of every daily meditation practice always scan your body down from top to toe allowing time for your nervous system to register the progress you have made in the art of regulating your free treasures.

This will help you to cultivate stillness and fully embody your time here on earth with earth.

Repeat this deep,

Gentle and guided breathing exercise for at least one minute.
