Continuing,
You now will start to release deep tension in your nerve system by densifying the things in you,
Your genes,
Feeling as if there is a hook on top of your head and the by way acupuncture point right from the top of your head,
You drop your body mass downwards like a puppet hanging from the top of the head,
Allow your jaw,
Your shoulders and your pelvic bone to hang down like sand sacks,
With your knee just slightly bend,
Allow the weight of your body mass to pass through these unlocked joint going all the way down to the ground,
Relaxing your jaw,
Your shoulder blades,
Your hands,
Relaxing your belly,
Your pelvic bone and the sole of your feet,
You give in to the earth pool.
Hanging from the top of your head,
Allow your mind to reach the depth of your bones and from there three dimensionally release any tension all the way to the surface of your skin,
As your juice becomes gradually untrapped,
Allow yourself to be filled up from inside out like a water mattress in a human form with the gene you are made of.
Surrendering to what's dense in you,
You finish off this second part of your standing practice by once again checking the depth of your breath without changing it,
Without judging it.
