In this 4th audio of our Standing Meditation Practice, while effortlessly you reenforce the postural alignment, you literally should feel as if your spine has become one between Heaven and Earth. From this point you can then slowly bow your spine to the right, then to the left, so you can have the fascia of your trunk gently lengthened and your breath gently deepen, guided from your nose all the way down to one of the most powerful tonifying acupuncture points of your body, your Guan Yuan.

Continuing.

By now you must be feeling like a standing mama bear.

And with the sense that your spine has become one between heaven and earth.

Keep on standing.

Keep on releasing.

Keep on cultivating stillness.

Maintaining your big bowl alive with the gentle push of L3 backwards.

Combining with the leaning of the trunk which brings the center gravity slightly forward.

You have the weight of your body going through the center of the sole of your feet.

Then you can bow your spine to the right until your head drops to the left gently and gradually.

Then bring your dense body back to the center bowing your spine to the left until your head drops to the right.

Without rushing you do it a couple of times.

Then bring the big bowl back to the center connecting you with heaven and earth.

Continue now just before you finish the fourth part of your standing meditation practice.

You finish off by guiding your breath from the nose all the way down to your 1-1 and acupuncture point between your belly button and your pubic bone.

Doing this for a couple of minutes without rushing and without forcing.
