Welcome to this guided meditation for the Strawberry Full Moon in Capricorn.

My name is Joy Brown,

And I will be guiding you in today's meditation.

To begin,

Take a seat or lay down,

Get comfortable,

And then close your eyes.

To calm our body and mind,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold for three seconds at the top,

And then exhale out in a large sigh.

Continue these deep breaths.

Let your breathing return to normal now.

Picture yourself in a beautiful place at sunset.

The small creek going by,

A field,

And a table full of fresh fruit,

Flowers all around,

Twinkle lights,

Just pure summer bliss.

Take joy in this place as it is what you have created so far this year.

Take a moment to take it all in and enjoy.

Place your hands on your heart,

Opening your heart chakra and letting in all the joy and contentment you feel in this moment.

With your hands still on your heart,

Think about the rest of the year to come.

Feel compassion for yourself and those around you as you continue to work towards your goals.

Let any emotion that arises be felt.

A plant begins to grow out of your heart chakra.

Watch it grow.

This heart plant is what is to come.

It will live in your heart space and is yours to look after for this coming year.

Give gratitude for all that has happened here.

Bring your awareness back to your body.

Slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
