Welcome to this guided meditation on setting intentions.
This is a great meditation to do at the beginning of a year,
A month,
Project,
Or at any time you wish to be clear on where you want to point your.
Let's go inward to explore.
My name is Joy Brown and I will be leading you in today's meditation.
Take a seat or lay down.
Keep your spine as straight as you can.
Get comfortable and close your eyes.
To calm your body and mind,
Take some deep breaths in through your nose.
Fill in your chest with air.
Hold for four seconds at the top and then exhale out in a big sigh.
With each sigh,
Just let yourself fall deeper into a relaxation.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Take a moment now to think about all the intentions you desire to set for yourself.
Think of them as goals or manifestations.
Things you know you can accomplish,
But also it might take some faith to do so.
Just let them come to mind.
Not spending much thought on a specific one.
Imagine the cells in your body as little people who live on a planet.
Planet being your body.
These cells have little cities as big as New York City.
Write out and paint your intentions on the skyscrapers in your cells cities.
So every cell will see and know what they are.
Let yourself be creative with it.
Making each intention a beautiful mural.
Your cell cities look like works of art now with your intentions painted on them.
Know that your whole being is now aware of your intentions and is on board to help you achieve them.
Give gratitude for all that you've done here today.
Come back to your body to this present moment.
Take a deep breath.
Begin to move your body and open your eyes.
