Welcome to this guided meditation on releasing old friends.
This meditation will help us release relationships that no longer serve us and those that have moved on from our lives.

Fanning and I will be leading you through this meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down.
Move around until you are comfortable.
Then close your eyes.
Let's take some long deep breaths together,
Breathing all the way in,
Filling our chest and bellies.
Holding for a second at the top,
Then releasing all the way out.
Let's relax.
The work we do today will impact our lives and energies.
Take a moment to call in the energy of peace from source.
Watch and feel as it surrounds you.
Find the same energy inside of you and connect with it.
