Welcome to this guided meditation for the new moon in Sagittarius where we will grow optimism and release negativity from our lives.

Fanning and I will be leading you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Move around to get comfortable and then close your eyes.
To calm our body and minds,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly and chest.
Hold for 4 seconds at the top and then exhale out through your mouth in a big sigh.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Picture yourself in a beautiful garden full of flowers,
Trees,
Bushes and all sorts of plant life.
This is a sacred space full of peace and love and your hand is a seed.
This is a seed of optimism.
It will make an optimism tree.
Find a place in this garden you like and plant your seed.
Be sure to water it and then sit back and watch it grow.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Take a deep breath out through your mouth.
Take a deep breath in through your mouth.

There are also goats in this garden eating the weeds of negativity.
Do not judge yourself for how many goats there are or how much they have to eat.
