Welcome to this guided meditation on connecting with love and unity on earth.
My name is Joy Brown and I will lead you in today's guided meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lie down,
Keeping your spine as straight as possible.
Relax and get comfortable,
Then close your eyes.
To calm your body and mind,
Take deep breaths in through your nose,
Then fill your chest with air.
Hold for 4 seconds at the top,
Then exhale out through your mouth in a big sigh.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
See yourself where you are on the earth right now,
As a beacon on a map.
Feel into your heart space and tap into the love you have inside of you.
As you do this,
The beacon of light you represent on the map grows brighter.
Now let's tap into the crystalline grid of the earth.
See how it lights up,
Connecting with your beacon as well.
This light is unconditional love.
Feel it flowing over the earth.
All of the earth is now glowing with love.
We are unified in unconditional love.
Give gratitude for all you have experienced.
Become present now of your body.
This present moment.
Slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
