In this guided meditation you will secure your connection to your light body,
Becoming even more aware of it in your daily life.
My name is Joy Defanie and I will be leading you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down.
Move around and get comfortable.
Then close your eyes.
Calm your body and mind,
Take some deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling your belly and chest with air.
Hold for 3 seconds at the top and then exhale out through your mouth and a big sigh.
Oes Focus on the energy inside of you and your heart space.
You may see it as light,
As energy however it appears.
Watch as this energy grows outward until your whole body is glowing with your energy.
Focus on the energy inside of you and your heart space.
Let your energy radiate out.
Notice what this light and energy looks like.
This is your light body.
Hold this image in your mind's eye.
Feel into it.
What emotions do you feel?
What are you experiencing at this moment?
What do you feel you are capable of doing?
What are you experiencing at this moment?

See whatever comes to mind as affirmations or words that will bond and connect you to your light body.
See your words reach out from inside of your human body and energetically connect to your light body,
Anchoring it in and around you.
