To begin,
Take a seat or lay down and close your eyes.
To calm our bodies and mind,
Let's take some deep breaths in.
Fill your chest with air.
Hold for a few seconds,
Then exhale out through your mouth in a big sigh.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Bring to mind the relationship that is stressed right now and picture this person before you.
See the energy between the two of you.
Hold no judgment for this energy,
But simply try to identify what is there.
What color is it?
How it moves or doesn't move.
We now call in healing energy from source.
It manifests as a ball of light in the middle of the relationship energy between you and this person.
Just observe as it grows,
Feeling the subtle changes in the energy as it moves towards you and this person.
Source's healing energy has now reached both you and this person,
Covering your whole body and all of the space between you two.
Let your body relax into this energy.
Open yourself up to receive any guidance Source has for you in regards to this relationship.
Give gratitude for all you have experienced here today.
Bring your awareness to your body now.
Begin to move your fingers and hands and open your eyes.
