Welcome to this guided meditation on calling in angelic healing energy.
Use this meditation as often as you need to connect to this healing energy.
My name is Joy D.
Fanning and I will be leading you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Move around and get comfortable then close your eyes.
To calm our body and mind,
Take deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling your belly and chest.
Hold for 4 seconds at the top and then exhale out through your mouth in a large sigh.
In your mind's eye,
See yourself laying in a meadow.
The grass is soft and cool.
The sun is shining and there are clouds in the sky.
Simply take a quick moment to just enjoy this place.
Keep your eyes to the sky and soon you will begin to see them open up,
Light rays of every color beaming down on you.
Be mindful of how you and your body feel while being in these rays.
Focus on gratitude for this opportunity to be in this angelic light energy.
The sky closes up and it's time now to leave this peaceful meadow.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
To this present moment,
Slowly begin to move your body and open your eyes.
