Welcome to this guided meditation on completion for the nine nine portal.

My name is Joy Brown and I will be guiding you through today's meditation.

To begin take a seat or lay down and close your eyes.

To calm your body and mind let's take some deep breaths in,

Filling your whole chest with air.

Hold for a few seconds at the top and then exhale out through your mouth in a big sigh.

Let your breathing return to normal now.

Visualize yourself standing in a library.

There is sunlight coming in through the windows.

The air smells of books and you feel cozy and comfortable in this place.

On the table before you is a special book.

It contains everything you've been working towards so far this year.

When you are ready go to this book and flip through the pages.

Reflect on what you have accomplished so far.

What cycles,

Projects,

And changes have reached completion?

As some things in our lives have come to an end,

Think of how you wish to honor them.

You can use this book or just do this on your own.

Everything you need is at your disposal.

Burn it,

Send it out into the water,

Bury it,

Clear the pages,

Whatever feels right to you.

Do this now.

Give gratitude for all you have experienced here today.

Bring your awareness to your body now.

Begin to move your fingers and hands and open your eyes.
