Trust can be broken and no one can break your trust and it doesn't have to be earned at all because trust has nothing to do with other people.

Zero.

Trust is simply your confidence in your ability to deal with situation as it comes.

You don't even need to know what will happen in advance.

It's your ability to stay present and deal with things as they come.

What most people confuse with trust is expectations.

I expect that you will do XYZ and they call it trust.

Nothing to do with trust.

Instead of setting unmet expectations communicate them and as you communicate your expectations to other people you will get feedback.

100%.

Silence is a feedback.

Any response is a feedback and that's how you know how to reasonably set your expectations and navigate the world as you trust your ability to deal with any situation as it comes.

And one way of dealing with things is to simply communicate with yourself and others.

And how can you communicate your expectations if you don't know them yourself?

And that's why we meditate to always have clarity.

What do we actually want?

So let's practice.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation.

Relax your physical body.

Close your eyes and go within.

Bring your attention on your breath through your heart.

Allow yourself to breathe.

Bring your attention back to your breath through your heart for remainder of this soul activation.

Simply listen to my voice.

You don't have to do anything.

Simply observe.

Observe.

This is energetical transmission.

It works directly with your energy to build high trust in yourself.

You don't have to reprogram your subconscious or go into a trance for this to work.

You simply need to be and listen.

Allow energy to flow.

And as you breathe and as you listen,

Allow yourself to relax into the present moment.

Make sure you relax your eyes.

Soften your gaze.

Loosen your face,

Jaw,

Neck and shoulders.

Open your chest.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Any unease,

Any dis-ease.

Open your heart for love from pure place in your heart full of unconditional and unlimited love.

Keep breathing through your heart.

Simply observe and allow yourself to feel.

Have full faith in your ability to deal with moment to moment.

With the moment right now.

Notice any thoughts about past or future.

Let them be.

There's no need to concern yourself with any past or future happenings as you fully trust yourself and your ability to deal with any situation or challenge as it comes.

So allow it to come.

And when it comes,

Ask yourself,

What can I do in a present moment?

And as you assess any thought,

Any feeling,

If there's no action required in a present moment,

This is not present decision.

And you can let it go and release it until the time it becomes something to decide right now.

So keep breathing and have full faith in your ability to deal with any situation.

You can bring in your faith in higher forces,

God,

Divinity,

Any force you lack to enforce and strengthen your resolution of your ability to handle.

All the magic that flows in your direction.

Handle,

Thrive and enjoy.

As you remain thankfully present,

Observing your breath through your heart.

Simply breathe.

And you may not need to concern yourself with other people.

As you know that you can handle,

You got this.

So allow yourself to breathe and remain thankfully present.

You may stay here as long as you like.

And whenever ready,

Open your eyes and have it magical.
