Welcome to soul activation practice to magnetize your heart and sharpen your mind for clarity of mind and certainty of heart.
In this practice we will clear your energy giving you more mental space and we'll also identify your center and magnetize your heart with love happiness and fulfillment.
But before we start let's understand that clearing is really about priorities.
Like when you have to clear your table it's about knowing what to keep and what to put aside.
And most of us we already know what needs to go away it's just that we don't really want to let go or haven't actually checked in with us what is the most important thing.
And sometimes it may be hard to let go and at those times this story from a mentor can be really helpful.
So one time I asked my mentor how do I deal with distractions?
I focus on my deep flow and then message comes in.
Toms,
Do you have time for a quick chat?
Toms,
Can you help me with my relationship?
I'm not sure how to tell her.
Or Toms,
I kind of feel stuck.
Can you help me to shift this frequency?
And immediately I want to say yes of course I can help you let's do it let's do it now.
And then I drift away from my deep flow work and at the end of the day I feel like I haven't done much because I'm always going on these sidetracks.
And I asked my mentor how do I deal with that?
And he said well when you have a flight to catch to New York do you have trouble prioritizing what needs to be done or you just get on with it and suddenly everything is clear.
And I thought about it I said yes when I have a flight to catch I make sure I'm there when the time is for plane to leave.
I even get up early there so there is no problem of scheduling things anymore.
And then I realized there's only problem with distractions when there's no clear priority.
When we have a flight to New York to catch suddenly everything becomes clear.
So let's go and practice this inside inside of our meditation.
Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.
Relax your physical body,
Feel at ease.
Close your eyes and go within.
Allow yourself to feel.
Feel your breath,
Feel your physical body and keep relaxing every single part of it.
You may do a quick body scan from head to toes,
Notice any tension and release.
Eyes,
Jaw,
Neck,
Shoulders and release.
Keep breathing and allow yourself to be present.
Observe.
You may start putting attention on your heart,
Physical heart and emotional heart.
You may use your breath as a bridge to really feel connected in the present moment.
Keep breathing and for a moment put your whole attention into your heart like you are the heart.
Observe the reality from your heart perspective.
Keep breathing,
Keep feeling.
Relax and notice where is your attention?
Are you still in your heart?
Or you have shifted?
And if you have shifted that's okay.
Acknowledge it and let it be.
Don't try to change or shift anything.
Allow yourself to be exactly where you are.
You may try a few times if you have shifted to put your center in your heart and then notice.
Are you being drawn away from your heart?
Or you remain still in your heart?
There is no right or wrong,
Just observe.
Often I find myself being in my mind.
I see as if from my eyes in my mind's eye and I see this gap between me and my heart and it that's you.
And keep remembering your heart.
Keep putting your heart into your awareness and observe your point of view.
Wherever it is,
Relax into it.
It's where it's supposed to be.
Just keep remembering your heart.
Allow yourself to feel and breathe through your heart.
And if any thought comes in,
Just observe and breathe.
And every time you acknowledge observation,
You clear your mind.
Every single time you remember your heart,
You magnetize your heart.
Every time you acknowledge where is your center,
You sharpen your mind.
You become more present.
Keep breathing through your heart.
Allow yourself to feel.
Feel your heart.
Very soon,
My voice will fade into silence.
And when that happens,
You may stay here as long as you like.
It's just you and your heart.
