True success means creating results you’ve never had before. New results require new actions and a wiser use of your resources. Your four greatest resources are time, money, attention, and energy. Let’s start with time. We each have only 24 hours in a day. If you want more freedom in your schedule, something must be released. That’s what sacrifice is. Where most people go wrong is sacrificing what sustains them—sleep, health, and relationships. That path always leads to burnout. The real breakthrough comes from letting go of what holds you back: limiting beliefs, destructive habits, and constant distractions. When you release those, you gain clarity, energy, and peace of mind. You create space for what truly matters. That’s why we turn inward. That’s why we meditate. Meditation starts at 1:27 Enjoy! P.S. Let me know in review if you prefer talk + meditation or just plain meditation. Thanks

Learn Mastering Sacrifice so you don't have to sell your soul to achieve the success you want.

Mastering Sacrifice simply is picking high leverage things to sacrifice.

So let's get a fact straight.

To achieve success simply means to get results you haven't gotten before by doing the things you haven't done before by allocating your resources differently.

Your most valued resources are time,

Money,

Attention,

And energy.

Let's pick time because time is something everyone has in same quantity.

However,

We cannot just take more time.

Everyone has only 24 hours a day.

To get more free time we need to give up and sacrifice the things we already do and then allocate this new time differently.

Giving up time is the sacrifice we're talking about.

Where most people go wrong is they pick the time that is easy to sacrifice.

What most people do?

They sacrifice sleeping with themselves and their partners.

Which is not sustainable,

Not for your health,

Not for your relationships.

What I suggest is you do hard sacrifices up front.

Sacrifice your limiting beliefs and bad habits.

And that means going within and facing yourself.

And that's why we meditate.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice to master effective and elegant sacrificing.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes,

And go within.

Set intention to sacrifice successfully.

To find the things that are no longer serving you that you can let go and set intention to have this letting go happen with ease,

Grace,

And flow.

And with this intention set,

Allow yourself to become more present,

More relaxed,

And more at ease.

Allow yourself to connect deeply with your heart,

With the pure place in your heart,

Purifying your intentions and attention.

Allow yourself to feel any physical sensation and emotion.

Release any tension,

Unease,

And discomfort from your body.

Breathe out any uncomfortable sensation.

And allow yourself to feel.

Be present to any observation,

Any thought,

Feeling,

Sensation.

Just breathe.

Notice what you notice.

Take a few breaths to become more present and more relaxed.

Keep bringing your awareness of your heart into the present moment.

Be mindful of your heart.

Be grateful for your heart.

Allow yourself to feel,

Knowing that all feelings come from pure place in your heart,

Full of love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

And as you breathe and remain connected with your heart,

Feeling safe,

Secure,

And relaxed,

Let's establish what is it that you want.

What is it that you want to achieve?

Let it be positive and good feeling results.

Ask your heart,

What do you want?

And listen.

Listen for loving answer.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Acknowledge that you have already received your answer.

You don't need to wait any longer,

You already have it.

You are enough and answer you received is enough,

So be thankful.

You don't need to understand the answer to acknowledge perception.

You receive by observing any thought,

Feeling,

And sensation that is your answer.

Thank you.

And as we agreed what is it that you want,

Let's ask our heart,

What is one thing that holds me back the most?

What is one thing that drains me the most?

What is one thing that I can sacrifice that no longer serves me?

What's one thing that no longer serves me I'm willing to give up?

And listen.

Listen for the answer.

Something that would feel enlightening to give up.

Bad habits,

Bad talks,

Bad emotion,

Limiting belief.

Be present to your heart and listen.

That's right.

Just observe.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

You can thank for reception of your answer,

Even if you don't see or understand what specifically you have received.

The fact is you already know what to sacrifice,

What is one thing that no longer serves you.

One thing is enough.

Be thankful for receiving your answer.

And make a promise to your heart,

A commitment to release this one thing once and for all.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

You may stay here,

Being thankfully present,

As alone as you like.

Receiving more clarity,

More certainty with every breath.

And because you need to,

Because you can.

And whenever ready you may open your eyes and have it magical.

To release what no longer serves you.
