Fun fact: There are more spiritual gatherings on a full moon than at any other time of the month! No, this does not prove that the moon has an effect on you. But why would you wait another day to get rid of a bad habit? You can release it today! Not because the moon makes it easier (fact). But because the moon will never do the work for you. You will have to do the same work regardless of when you do it. As an entrepreneur, you already know: You can't rely on tomorrow being less busy than today! And bad habits compound over time. That's why I invite you to pick a bad habit. And use this 3-step formula to get rid of it with ease today!

How to use full moon's energy,

That's happening today,

To let go of negative thinking patterns like overthinking,

Procrastinating,

Or feeling lonely.

First,

Let's get a fact straight.

Yes,

Moon makes it more easy.

However,

Moon will not do the work for you.

So follow this three-step process.

First,

Realize that you're in charge.

You're running these patterns,

So you get to decide not to run them anymore.

Second,

Identify the pattern you want to let go.

Overthinking?

Okay,

I let go of overthinking.

This is the pattern.

And decide what's the pattern you want to have instead.

And third,

Realize the pattern you want to get let go,

Like overthinking,

No longer serves you.

Nothing can convince you to keep overthinking if you honestly believe it doesn't serve you.

It will let go on its own.

So let's practice.

Welcome to letting go meditation for using full moon's energy to help you to let go of negative patterns like overthinking,

Procrastinating,

Or feeling lonely with ease,

Grace,

And flow.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes,

And go within.

Put your attention on your breath flowing through your heart.

Set intention to release any tension and create deep connection with the pure place in your heart full of love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment available within unconditionally right now.

Breathe through your heart and release any tension,

Discomfort from your body.

Make sure to relax your eyes,

Soften your gaze,

Relax your face,

Loosen your jaw,

Neck,

And shoulders.

Release with exhalation and allow yourself to be thankfully present in the present moment,

Breathing through your heart.

Just be and observe.

Observe your mind,

Body,

And heart.

Be mindful of your heart.

Keep reminding yourself of your heart.

Notice where is your heart?

Are you aware of it?

Don't force anything,

Allow emotions to flow,

Allow your attention to drift,

And just remind yourself of your heart.

Bring it into your awareness.

Notice where your attention goes and realize that you are in control.

You control your attention.

You may not always choose what you create with your thoughts,

Feelings,

And actions,

But you can always pick your attention where you guide it and direct it.

Take your power and create reality you desire.

As you breathe through your heart,

And as you breathe,

Bring into your awareness the pattern you would like to release.

As you become more aware of the pattern,

Remember who you are,

That you're not the pattern,

You're creator and releaser of the pattern.

And with awareness of the pattern,

It may be helpful to decide what you want to replace it with,

Usually the opposite.

If it's overthinking,

Decide to have clear thinking.

If it's procrastination,

Decide it's productivity.

Choose your pattern you want to release,

Identify it,

And identify its replacement.

Don't let yourself get stuck on semantics,

Seeking for perfect pattern to release or perfect pattern to replace it with.

Allow yourself to make mistakes.

Allow yourself not to know.

Whatever you have and you want to release,

It's enough.

And finally,

Last step in release is to realize the pattern you want to release no longer serves you.

The only reason why you chose in the past to continue in this pattern was because part of you felt that some way,

Somehow,

It served you,

It did you well.

Harder to release this pattern,

It is helpful to see that it no longer serves you.

There is no reason to run this pattern,

It makes no sense.

You may also make your new pattern more desirable,

At least more desirable than the old one.

And realize that letting go is easy.

Once you know what to let go,

That you are the one who is letting go,

And it makes no sense to keep holding on,

Since you're the one doing the holding.

You get to choose what you want to hold.

And I suggest you choose holding pure place in your heart,

Full of love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

Keep breathing through your heart and allow energy to flow.

Allow emotions to rise and disappear.

Allow yourself to feel,

And just by feeling emotions,

You allow yourself to release them.

And more good feeling feelings to rise in your consciousness.

Feel free to stay here as long as you like,

Observing and allowing yourself to feel thankfully present.

And whenever ready,

Open your eyes and have it magical.
