To really save time using AI,
You must have strong BS meter,
That inner knowing between right and wrong,
That intuition which direction should I go now.
And for foreseeable future,
AI will still need some kind of supervision and leadership of guidance.
Where do you want to go?
You need to know what is it that you want to create and you need to know is it up to your standards.
Intuition is one of the most powerful guiding forces that has saved me time,
Time and time again for making decisions aligned with my heart.
And intuition is a skill that anyone can practice.
And that's why we meditate.
So without further ado,
Let's practice.
Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation.
Relax your physical body,
Close your eyes and go within.
Bring your awareness to your breath flowing through your heart.
Allow yourself to feel more and more at ease.
Allow yourself to arrive in a present moment.
Still being aware of your heart and breath through your heart.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to become more relaxed,
More at peace.
Make sure to relax your eyes,
Soften your gaze,
Relax your face,
Loosen your jaw,
Neck and shoulders.
Breathe out and release.
For remainder of your meditation,
Here bring your attention back to your heart.
Remembering that you have access to pure place in your heart full of happiness,
Peace,
Bliss,
Love and fulfillment.
This place which has always 100% accurate guidance.
Your source of reliable intuition.
And the more you remember,
The more connected you are,
More reliably guided you are.
So keep breathing and just remember you already are loved and fulfilled.
You are guided.
Just breathe through your heart.
Be mindful of your thoughts and notice what you notice.
And as you observe the thoughts coming and going,
Be mindful.
Are they cultivating thought patterns that are serving you or not?
Allow your intuition to give you discernment of the quality of your thoughts.
And as you discern,
Bring your attention back to your heart and allow yourself to feel.
Feel at peace,
Feel at ease in your physical body.
Allow yourself to feel any thought,
Feeling,
Sensation.
Simply observe,
Remembering your true essence and being thankfully present to your heart.
Unconditional love available in abundance right now.
So keep breathing,
Clearing your mind,
Clearing your heart.
Purely observing and being present.
